Said they would be here «between 12 and 1», but called at 1 saying «we’re on our way, we’ll be 45 minutes» — Strike one.
They show up and tell me I was underquoted ((my fiancé and I already budgeted out the «worst case scenario» price)) and they tried to tack on another $ 200 to what we were previously told, trying to get us to take the offer, or they were leaving. At this point my fiancé called the manager, where he tacks on another $ 50 to what he previously told us. — Strike two
We had to tell them twice over the phone, what exactly the job was, what needed to be moved, etc. They showed up «having no idea» about the washer and dryer ((which was told to them two times)), and commented about it being on the third floor ((which they also knew)). Obviously, no communication whatsoever between the management and the workers. — Strike three.
Learned our lesson. Spare your time and money and take it elsewhere.
