I was so excited to not have to stand in line at a Post Office and more pleased when I was first in line to mail a robe to Rhode Island. When I found out it was $ 39 and the USPS would charge $ 21 for the exact same thing, I was bummed! When I told the woman at the register, she ignored me and did not give me the option to just purchase the packaging and take my package to the USPS. Boooooooo!

I visited this FedEx Kinkos to fax a three page document. I did not realize until it was too late that you WAY overcharge for faxing, and my before tax total was $ 6.17 for a three page fax… Seriously? Then when I got to my car, I noticed that I was charged $ 1.00 for«tax.» I went back into the store to inquire why faxes have a 16.2% tax rate on them. I was told«we don’t pick the tax the computer does» and«it’s because you received a $ 0.40 discount.»(Still a 15.2% tax rate) Rest assured that I will never, ever use FedEx for faxing again… but you might want to teach your computers and your employees basic math and manners.

When it comes to a chain, you are looking for predictability and convenience. This location delivers on all accounts with competitive pricing and knowledgeable employees. What I really like is that their people are trained to offer suggestions about possible solutions as opposed to simply processing whatever request you might make. Despite how busy it can get, my transactions are always quick and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
