Outstanding! Rear sprocket froze up. Called this shop, brought bike in and within 10 minutes the problem was fixed, and for a price more reasonable than I would have imagined. Extremely experienced technician who was more than accommodating and more importantly, he knew his stuff!

Great place to tune-​up your bicycle or get some work done! Bullet is the best! He’s very knowledgeable and his prices are fair. He will look at your bike and only does the work that is necessary. Every time I go, I leave happy. If you have have any repairs, Bullet is the person to see. He has all the certifications and he will even show you how to do the work yourself. I cannot say enough good things about this shop! Top rate work and customer service! It’s worth the trip or even going out of your way.

Have come to hands-​on for pre race tune ups on my carbon fiber/​ultegra road bike (he’s certified for dura ace & ultegra groupsets), small fixes to my cheap $ 50 beater city bike, and I have always received outstanding service.
Price point is great, service is prompt (often on the spot), Bullet will always provide an honest opinion about what needs to be fixed, and if it is worthwhile doing on cheaper bikes. Definitely a neighborhood gem.
