Hasty 183 Diner

I was on my way to pick someone up at the airport in Minneapolis and I needed to get out of the horrible traffic on I-​94 for a break. This is a truck stop with good truck stop food and I had the trucker special breakfast. I dined on 2 eggs over easy, whole wheat toast and 3 slices of bacon. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the bacon was thick and cooked to a proper crispness.
The waitress bless her soul was hustling to handle the unexpected rush of people bailing from the traffic mess on I-​94. The place was clean and my breakfast was okay as breakfasts go. The price was reasonable, I think I got out of there for less than 15 dollars including the tip.
I don’t know that I will have a situation come up again where I would need to stop there again but if I did I would eat there again.

First time here today. Absolutely loved everything. It’s a hidden gem. Best breakfast in the area. See the pics. The omelette a are huge and full of fresh quality ingredients. The pancakes are the size of the whole plate too. The coffee cake was fresh tasting and moist and flavorful. The burger was very good as well. The fries had a nice crisp on the outside of them. Everything was awesome. Even our waiter Ty was great. Highly recommend this place. This will now be my new spot for breakfast with the hubby. Will definitely be going back to try lunch and dinner entrees as well.
