Referred to Icon by way of a local Apple Consultant. Got my 8 yr old MacBook running again for the $ 59 diagnostic fee after Apple Store told me it was too dated for them to service. RAM slot had broken off the board from dropping the computer. Intake was made easy for this old computer novice over the phone by CS staff. Friendly repair tech was available to answer questions at pick-​up. Completely satisfied.

I have been doing business with Steve and all the Icon Family for over 15 years. They have been a valuable team in helping me grow my business’s and have always been there in case of any emergency. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and been there to complete any project. The have worked on computers, sound system, camera systems and basically anything to do with electronics, and always come through for me.
