Intown Suites Roosevelt

Stayed here a few weeks ago. Notified desk manager Tony about sunken mattress. Kept saying it was going to be fixed and replaced with a new one. After a few days of a sore back, just decided it was time to move on. Don’t trust this place one bit. Staff is friendly — Tony is not trustworthy. He doesn’t even have the courage and deceny to look customers in the eye.

I stayed for a whole week on the 3^rd floor and had no problems what so ever. I’ve stayed at some bad hotels, but this one is nothing to be scared of. For the rate I paid (about $ 45/​day) this hotel is definitely worth the money/​stay.
All the employees I interacted with were very friendly to me. The room I stayed in seemed to be worn down, but it was clean. The fridge didn’t work, but I didn’t need it. If you’re not too picky, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

it s a good location near a Walmart & a strip mall with Mexican & hoagie place
Mc Donalds too. There are no residences nearby so the neighborhood is OK
Rooms are run down but basically clean but there is NOTHING supplied not even hangers in the closet, no coffee pot or toaster, or knife or can opener, just 2 plastic cups. Full size frig, micro & cook top, good cable with Fox CNN & couple of movie
channels, Internet is lousey, not WI FI you need an ethernet cable (!!!)
We could surf off our cell phone without a problem. Good size BR (hurray) no hair
dryer, they skimp on soap they give you, no shampoo given. Tiny table with 2 chairs
(ours wobbled). Bring large size fabreeze as air is stale & I sprayed often.
Ladies will find it not up to par but most men wont have much of a problem with it.
When we were there saw workmen, families with kids, & retiree couples
It was nice to get away from the cold in the northeast. Coffee at Mc donalds is delish
& they have wi fi !!!
oh yeah lots of sports on the cable even think they had NFL network, but not sure.

I cannot begin to tell you how horrible this hotel is it needs completely new staff every single person there is absolutely rude horrible there is zero customer service I am a small lady and you have a huge security guard who took it upon himself to curse at me yell at me when all I did was ask for a key to use the laundry room I can’t even believe he would talk to a lady like that blew my mind the rooms are so nasty there was feces on the walls mold in the bathrooms up the walls the floor was practically black it was so dirty so nasty I would not even walk barefoot I could not sleep I was there A week every day was a nightmare when there wasn’t drug attics trying to open my window or knocking on my door there was problems with staff being extremely mean and rude I have two small children this place does not look like it does online in person it’s completely different I booked online if you love yourself or your family at all do not let your self walk in these doors not to mention all the little roaches there is absolutely no Wi-​Fi whatsoever the only way to get Internet you have to hook up a telephone cord to dial up so if you’re trying to get Wi-​Fi on a tablet or smart phone forget about it! They also take a $ 50 deposit when you check-​in and I have never got it back so it’s really more money than they say it is I will have nightmares about this place for a long time to come this place makes crack headed hotels look good
