I love dr. Lewis! I have never had a problem with her or her staff I was in an auto accident and the staff and herself handle the paperwork successfully turned everything into the attorney’s office I’ve never had a problem with her or her staff I was in auto accident after self handle my paperwork successfully turn everything into the attorney’s office when it was supposed to be. And yes I do get put on hold sometimes I do call there right away I get put on hold but there’s only one person doing it all so I do understand the situation I do have patience it’s not the front desk person fault I think Donna is a great receptionist they are to keep her on board and yes that office is not perfect but I like it I’ve been going there for 2 years and I’m going to keep going on.
