I have used this location for years. Tonight I had a $ 32 order: a pizza and cinnamon sticks.
I ordered a Bold Fold with regular pepperoni instead of the spicy and I wanted extra icing for the cinnamon sticks. I received a Big Fold with no pepperoni and did not get the extra icing. I called and all the Manager wanted to do was give me a $ 7 credit for my $ 32 order. After all the money I have spent with them and all he wants to give me is a $ 7 credit! Never again will I order from them again. They can keep their credit and lose my business. The manager was very rude.

Ordered their deluxe deep dish pizza. Very good! If I had to criticize anything… it could use more cheese, but I am a cheese freak so my opinion may not coincide with yours. Jets pizza has a great seasoning to it, great sauce too! Just moved here 3 months ago and have been bouncing from pizza shop to pizza shop looking for ‘my’ pizza, so far this is the best I’ve tried. But my search will continue.

I ordered a thick crust pizza to go, but the employee (who spoke with an accent) misunderstood. I didn’ check before I left and when I opened it at home it was a thin crust. It was also very burnt and basically inedible. I called and spoke with the supervisor. She was willing to deliver a replacement pizza ½ mile outside their normal delivery area but she was still going to charge me the $ 3 delivery fee to replace an order her employee got wrong. I couldn’t believe that she was actually telling me I had pay to receive the right order! I wouldn’t go there again for a dozen free pizzas. What lousy customer service!!!

This is hands down the best pan pizza in the entire area. My Dad has raved about Jet’s Pizza for some time now, so I finally tried it. I started with two slices for lunch one day. They have cheese and pepperoni slices available all day. I added sausage to one slice of plain cheese and it was awesome. And cheap! Cheap is for me all day long. I was impressed enough with the slices to order a whole pie, and I’ve been getting them every Friday on my way home. After I ordered the whole pie online, they emailed me a coupon for a large with three toppings for $ 12.99, which is a fantastic deal.
Remember when Pizza Hut had good pan pizza? It’s way better than that, and I used to love PH Pan Pizza, until they stopped cooking them. The last two I ever had from them were raw in the middle. Nasty!
If you’re a fan of Detroit pan style pizza, Jet’s is for you.

I love pizza and realize there are all different types. For the most part, I like them all. Jets is a great spin on pizza with a deep dish sort of square pizza that has a nice little crunch, fresh cheese, and great taste. I like it when they put a little more sauce on it. The Antipasti salad here is great. I tell them to add bacon to it and they pile it on top. The ranch dressing that comes with it is fresh and not in those little packets. Good stuff.

Pizza was delicious! The pizza by the slice is actually square. Their menu is huge. Quick and convenient location, I would go back and try more off their menu.

Super fast delivery and delicious pizza. They also sell pizza by slice. Conveniently located on gulf to bay. They put tons of cheese on pizza which is awesome. I had pizza from one pizzeria on the beach and it had gaps. Go and try Jets pizza for your self, you won’t be disappointed.

Thanks for responding Mike. We were under the impression we were still getting a refund. We appreciate what you did to help. However, we really just wanted a refund. I’m not saying it’s your fault the order didn’t go thru, but this not the first time it’s happened.

I grew up in metro Detroit where Jet’s was «born.» I was so pleased when I moved to Florida to have a little bit of home. They have the best square pizza.

I know you can find good pizza outside NYC and Chicago but this ain’t it. Locals have told me how good this place was so I tried it, twice, and the pizza is a real letdown. More like cafeteria quality with low grade ingredients and greasy Pizza Hut type sheen. Plus the place is dirty. There is way better in Clearwater like Bro’s Pizza or Christino’s on Ft Harrison.

They have square pizzas… I like the idea being different. We ordered BBQ and it was good but nothing really special.
I thought $ 17 for one pizza was expensive. With all the low price pizza going around from pizza chains, they really need to step up and differentiate their flavor from others if they want to charge so much.
Honestly, I would take $ 10 pizza from a franchised pizza place over $ 17 pizza from this place any time!

I’ve been ‘trapped’ in the Clearwater area for over 3 weeks… and will be here at least one more.
Jets Pizza just delivered a meatball ‘boat’ — I’d call it a calazone anywhere else — and a small garden salad with chicken added. With tip: $ 20.
I really liked the taste of the meatballs and the mozz was stretchy and tasty! Mom’s small salad was easily a meal (lunch). And they were pretty close to on time per the web ordering estimated time.
If we end up stuck in the hotel again, I’ll order again.
