This restaurant is now closed, but fortunately replaced by Encanto Mexican Restaurant, which I believe is even better, with many new entrees on the menu and great tasting basic Mexican fare (tacos, enchiladas, etc) that Los Vaqueros had.
So if you liked Los Vaqueros, don’t fear going to this same location, I believe you’ll be very pleased. You can see my review of Encanto on the list below:

This tiny place is probably not the best or worse place for some mexican food. It’s not very clean but they serve food that’s pretty loaded.
I normally get the shredded beef tostadas from here and it’s pretty good. For abour 6 – 7 bucks I get 3 tostadas that are pretty loaded with meat and their yummy cheese.
Their sauce is killer though! Super spicy
