McDonald’s

Place was unorganized, low on food items and quality of food was low. Manager seemed overwhelmed.

Awful cranky treatment from Clarissa. Should fire her. She swore at me, charged me extra (drink up charge when the meal included it) because I didn’t smile when I ordered.

Horrible experience last time I was on vacation… cashier was very rude, and didn’t even shake the McFlurry I ordered because they were «busy» and they didn’t «have to do it». I was very disappointed when another customer ordered a McFlurry and they shook it for them. I just thought the service was bad and they had limited items (they didn’t have parfaits, no ice cream cones). I saw the manager doing his job and others in the kitchen, but everyone I talked to was having a hard time with the ladies on the register.

Food was poorly packaged, the Big Mac sauce was more in the box than on my burger, I paid for large fries for both orders. and had less in them than a medium normally does. My son ordered a 10 piece meal they put ranch in the bag, but not sweet sauce, then when i asked for it Iwas told that will be .27 additional. The location is small and i get that, but there were 3 orders ahead of us and one order was 2mcflurries. It took forever. Would not have minded if the fries were HOT, but were half soggy. Hate to knock on McDonalds but this was WAY BELOW acceptable especially for having to pay $ 15.00. The coke was great, so that made it one star. The customer relations skills could have been better as well.

My family was on vacation over Christmas and we spent the week in Clearwater Beach. One of the days we decided to pick up a quick lunch to bring down to the beach (which was a terrible idea in hindsight because of the seagulls!) Anyway, we stopped into this McDonalds and we were blown away by the amazing customer service! A guy named AJ was working at the register and in the time I was there I witnessed him dealing with 2 different difficult customers and through the entire process he was professional and courteous. There was also a girl helping to man the front end (I didn’t catch her name but she had really pretty feather earrings) who was exceptionally cheery and helpful. I rarely dine at fast food establishments and my past experience has never been anything review-​worthy. However, those employees deserve some recognition!

Great place to eat! Would go there anytime! My only problem that they do not have a complete «Dollar Menu».

It’s been at least seven years since I have willingly and purposely dined at a McDonald’s. However, when it’s five whiskeys ’til midnight and I need food, sometimes you have to go with what’s close.
Since I will never eat McD’s fish, beef, or pork and I didn’t want gallons of grease sitting in me gut causing a night of stomach pain the only safe choice seemed to be a Chicken Nugget Happy Meal. The Nuggets were cooked crispy, the fries were not soggy, and the apples were not brown. By the way, when did Happy Meals start including fruit?
Best of all though, Zeke the manager/​cashier was incredibly friendly despite the onslaught of intoxicated salesmen that inundated his dining establishment. If I ever have to go back to a McDonald’s, I hope it is this one.
Almost forgot — my Blue Power Ranger kicks ass!

I had a sleeping baby in the car and couldn’t come in. I called in my order and they delivered it to my car. This McDonalds has great customer service. They could easily have said no. Thanks for raising the bar.

We were directed to this location as their hours were late and when we arrived they were closing. The manager allowed us to come in and order and everyone was very friendly! Great place to grab something quick.

Pricing is higher than a regular McDonald’s. Do not have dollar menu.
Smaller than normal McD’s. Has outdoor seating. Right across from the beach on Beach Walk.
Staff talks among themselves too much, could provide more attention to customer, but were not rude.
Charge extra for sauces.
ATM machine inside.
