New Horizon Medi Spa

Not sure how they are still open. I purchased BOTOX on ³⁄₁₈ after 7 days it never took effect. I have had BOTOX in the past so I knew what to expect. When I called their office a week later I was asked to wait another 7days to give it time. I called again on ⁴⁄₂ and a message was taken, I was told the manager would contact me. After not hearing from them by ⁴⁄₄ I called again and yet another message was taken. After reading reviews I guess I can kiss my money good bye…

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the groupon. I am a very positive person, and I usually leave good feedback, but there is nothing nice to say about this place. It is very difficult to get a hold of them (should have been taken as a sign of their service). I called for a few weeks before finally being able to book an appointment. It is in a run-​down strip mall, and the interior resembles an old dentist’s office. The lighting in there is EXTREMELY bright, and when I commented on it, the girls (massage therapists all quickly agreed). The rooms have super thin walls so you hear people’s foot steps as they walk by your room. The massage rooms are also bright, even though they have lamps. The room was freezing, and when I mentioned it, the girl agreed and said that she requested a heating pad, but they haven’t gotten her one yet. Her hands were freezing and the massage table was extra hard. This place could use a lot of work, but even the simple things like the smell of eucalyptus or ambient lighting and calming colors were missing. I almost stopped her mid massage to leave because it was that bad. I almost forgot to mention: the waiting room is very drab and smelled like a toddler’s dirty diaper as well.

Waited for my 1^st Appointment for over 40 minutes !! :-(. The technician was very polite and very nice. Needless to say I’m not buying another Groupon or anything else with them !!!

I wish I could give less than one star. They cancelled my appointment twice on me. The one time I had an appointment after waiting in reception for thirty minutes I finally got to see the doctor and she lost her prescription pad… really?!! She blamed her office manager for «reorganizing». She asked if I could come back in a week for the diet pills. WTF?!!

Awful. Purchased a groupon and after 4 months and two NO SHOW appointments by massage therapist, I still haven’t received a call back from the manager. If you spend money here, consider it wasted.

HORRIBLE! Worse company I have ever encountered. They never answer the phone or return messages despite saying that they return all calls within 48 hours. Finally got in touch with someone and he was beyond rude and did nothing to help me. Drove to the location to change appt time since I wasn’t getting through by phone and the entire office was empty! Insane. I wouldn’t give them my money if it was the last place on earth. This place needs to go out of business!
