This location is within the Westfield Countryside Mall. It is situated close to the Bright House Networks location. I have some new health insurance that names this chain as a provider of eye exams and glasses. Once I made the appointment and got my insurance approved, I went online to download their medical history form. I arrived promptly for my exam with the medical history form completed and was seen immediately (no pun intended).
Being diabetic, I am diligent in having my eyes dilated and checked annually. Everyone that I spoke with was polite and professional. Dr. Katie Schoneck, O.D. conducted my exam. She was efficient as well as pleasant. My prescription did not change substantially so I didn’t need to get any new glasses.
Overall, I had a good experience and am pleased that I can now combine a little shopping with getting my annual eye exam!
