My absolute favorite place to eat in the countryside area. The phở is phở-tastic! It’s incredibly quick to get your food. However, if you are looking for AUTHENTIC Vietnamese food, this may not be the place for you. The food is great, don’t get me wrong, but it caters more to the«average American». I am particularly fond of the«take home» option. It allows me an easy way to have a fresh lunch at work! A regular bowl is quite filling, the large should leave you STUFFED!

Consistently satisfying. I tried the different pro soups but come back to beef. You can get a large but the regular is filling. Service is fast and friendly. Ask for punch card to be stamped so you get a free one after 10 or so. Sandwiches and spring rolls are also good and fresh. Ask for basil if you like a few leaves for even more flavor. Enjoy a quick trip to Bankok without the airfare.

I’ve been here a few times. I think it’s a pretty good location for phở stand. The only thing is that the portion is a bit small compared to the ones I usually go to. It’s still best option for food while you’re in the mall.

Pholicious has a nice convenient location inside the middle of the food court at Country Side Mall in Clearwater. I have wanted to try it for a while, and had finally gotten an opportunity. I tried some phở soup and fresh spring rolls. Fresh Spring Rolls are usually my favorite to get when I go to a Vietnamese place, but these were just okay to me. I think possibly the wrap was pretty hard. The soup was okay but not out of this world. I have definitely had better. I would try it again when I am there, but if I think before I go to the mall, I would go to another local nearby Vietnamese restaurant more than this one.

I go here a lot cuz of the great food and fairly fast service. I always get the veggie soup and a green tea. Cuz I work in the mall, depending on who is working, sometimes they don’t even ask me … they just know!

pholicious is part of a chain. This one is located in the food park in the mall. I have never had phở in a cardboard bowl before, nor with a plastic spoon. There are no condiments at the table. The phở is just sorta mundane. No café sua da. Don’t think I will try the bank MI here.

What a great food option right in the mall! Absolutely love Vietnamese food, so when I came back to Countryside after moving away I was shocked to see a Phở place right in front of the food court. I went back yesterday because I had business in Clearwater, so I went to Countryside after work hours and decided to get Phở to go, which is the only way I’ve ever had it here. They give you a branded paper Phở bowl that they put the noodles and meat in. Then they give you a plastic container with the broth and a baggie with sprouts, jalapenos and a lime. I can almost swear I had Thai Basil the last time I got Phở here, but there wasn’t any in my baggie or in the bowl when I got home. I have to note that I live in Tampa now, so my Phở broth was still hot enough to cook the beef when I poured it into the bowl. The beef is sliced very thin, which makes this Phở easy to tear and eat with sprouts and thinly sliced jalapeño. The broth is okay. It was a little light… not as robust as I would have liked. All in all, you can’t ask for much better in a mall food court. I wish this were available at Citrus Park Mall.

This is probably the best food in the food court. They have the standard choices, and the phở is decent. It’s as you would expect fast-phở to taste. So if you’re in the mall, give it a try! If you’re not already AT the mall, there are other, better places for your money.

Phở in the mall! I am so glad to have this hot yummy option in the food court. This makes my trips to the mall a little more bearable. While this certainly is not the best Phở and Boba it is good and excellent for the mall.

Talk about simplicity personified. This place is it. No frills, nothing much bigger than a mall kiosk with a counter top for surrounding the perimeter. Beyond that there is seating in the mall courtyard. Yet they still give you the impression that you are in a full restaurant; serving patrons on dinnerware and chopsticks(not disposable) when indicating that you are eating close. The do provide some limited service to some close peripheral tables. There specialty is Phở(Rice Noodle Soup) and Bubble Tea Smoothies along with Spring Rolls(Summer Rolls), Egg Rolls and a couple of sandwiches. My last visit I tried the Egg Rolls. I do not particularly care for Summer Rolls and on a previous occasion I had tried their Spring Rolls which I found to be one and the same. This is not a reflection on Pholicious; Summer Rolls are one of the few foods I am not fond of. So with satisfaction I tried their Egg Rolls which were delightfully crispy with a combination of pork and shrimp along with some vegetables. They were such a delight I could not stop eating them(four to an order). The combination also had a wonderful but mild peppery taste that enhanced the meat and combination vegetable. I am sorry I was only looking for a snack this would have been a great combo with a bowl of Phở. I have tried the Meatball and Chicken Phở on previous occasions and found both very delicious. Although the chicken wins out more often than the meatball. The Chicken Phở is tender grilled chicken breast combined with succulent rice noodles, chicken broth(with just the right amount of saltiness) with onion and pepper. Creating a wonderful melodious combination that will keep you diving for me. That is before the additional embellishments. The wonderful thing about phở is it almost always comes with a garnishment plate that includes basil and other herbs, sprouts, and peppers; all of which you can combine to enhance the wonderful base flavors that are already prepared for you. Not to mention the sauces. Definitely a good choice if you are the mall and want a no frills meal stop; or you could make a trip to the mall just for phở.

I had my first bowl of Phở(pronounced Phah) when I was 20… from a cart on the streets of Saigon! Been in love with Vietnamese food ever since. You don’t need to go to a restaurant to eat a good bowl of Phở and Pholicious proves it! Your bowl will come with vermicelli, green onions, your choice of protein or vegetarian, and a great tasting broth! The side platter includes Thai basil, sprouts, jalapeños, lime! You have a choice to flavor to your taste. BUT know that you should add something. I did all of the above and added a dash of Sriracha as a finishing touch. Do it all when it’s hot so they all finish the flavor of the dish. The Vietnamese Summer Roll with shrimp is spot on. I had met the manager several times previously, scoping the menu, and telling him I must try the Phở! Today was the day! He also gave me a comp Vietnamese chilled coffee to try. The rich coffee flavor was there and so refreshing! THIS is now my only place to eat in the food court! We took my 7 year old granddaughter here, and she was one with the Phở! Sh also showed off her mastery of the chopsticks! Can you tell I’m lovin’ it! They also make smoothies with great flavors. mango, honeydew, avocado & more! Yeah, it was easy giving this healthy place, in the middle of fried swamp, 5 stars!

I’ve been feeling like I was in a culinary rut lately and needed to try something new. Having never had Vietnamese food and seeing a few places pop up in the countryside area, I decided to give it a go. I was not disappointed! Based on other reviews, I went with the beef phở and spring rolls. You guys weren’t lying! That shizz is tasty! Since I took it togo, there were many components but it was fun to put together and even more fun to eat. The spring rolls were super fresh tasting and I will certainly order those again. Thanks Unilocalers for steering me in the right direction for something new!

It’s really hard to find phở in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties. Coming from Orlando where there is tons of Vietnamese establishments I was super happy to stumble on this place at Countryside Mall. I was looking for a quick lunch in the dreaded food court and nothing looked good. Mall food is always so questionable. Then I spotted this place and my heart skipped a beat. Phở at the mall? Yes, please! I ordered the beef phở and it was tasty! It came out piping hot and was served with all the right phở accoutrements, sprouts, lime, sri racha. so tasty! This is one mall food court place I’ll be frequenting. I may even splurge and get a boba tea next time. Hooray!

Was craving phở while on vacation, so I decided to try this little place in the mall. I ordered the beef phở and was not disappointed. The broth was tasty and not too salty/oily(unlike a lot of places I’ve been to) and it had successfully fulfilled my craving. I also tried the egg rolls but was a tad disappointed by the fact they did not have fish sauce to accompany the appetizer but rather duck sauce packets instead. Nevertheless it was still pretty tasty. Overall I found this place to be decently priced and the food pretty delicious. The staff was also very nice and accommodating.

There hasn’t been many places for phở in Clearwater until Pholicious noodle stand opened in the mall. I was hesitant at first to try it(didnt think it would be as good as authentic vietnamese restaurants) but finally gave it a shot last week. I ordered the large bowl of beef phở, but probably should have gotten a regular. The flavor was good, but adding some Sri racha, bean sprouts and a splash of lime juice definitely bumped it up a notch. Everything was good but not great. I would probably give it another shot soon and will be sure to try bubble tea next time too. They have tons of different flavors

What is all the fuss about Phở? It’s just soup, right? WRONG! I’ve just had my first bowl of Phở and it is terrific. My mistake was not getting the beef Phở, instead I ordered the meatballs. OK, rookie mistake, I admit. But the flavor of the broth and the veggies in it were wonderful. The slight kick was just right too! So now I must try more Phở. I’m hooked.

Nothing will go wrong as long as I can hold a bowl of soup noodle in my hand. Not other noddles. It has to be soup noodle. No matter where I am, who I am with, I fight with anyone who dare to touch my noodle. Pholicious is just a tiny water bar at the entrance of Food Court inside Countryside Mall. Shopping at this mall usually gets me depressed because I felt that whoever runs the mall discriminate we Pinellas ladies who wants the same style New York girls get to wear. Despite been constantly disappointed, I keep going there because besides spend hours to find one piece clothing that fits my taste, I have a bowl of hot soup noodle to ease my addiction. I confess! I can not be cured. My dear Phở beef. I love you. I know you were born in the most ordinary food court kitchen. But you speak to me. I can taste the flavorful broth. I chew down the tender beef slices. I lick the bowl dry. Still, I hold the menu and want to order more. Maybe I can stuff one more bowl of Phở fish ball. While I look around, I see other people just like me eating and smiling. I am not alone! Pholicious, you completed me.

Phở in the mall? Yep right by the food court. Is it good? The broth is very good. It’s the best part of the soup. I could slurp it all day. Service was fast and prices were reasonable. Try the smoothies with tapioca pearls. They also do take-out.

For mall food, this place is tops in my book! If you’ve never eaten phở, start here with the beef or veg phở, hand rolled spring rolls and a boba tea to round out your meal, and I guarantee you will go away satisfied and content. Always fresh, I’ve not yet had a bad experience with the food. They are always quick, efficient and courteous, and that makes me want to come back for more.

So a buddy of mine posted up a photo on facebook of a large, steaming bowl of rice noodles and meat… That’s how it all began, or should have anyway. Moments after I saw the pic, I completely forgot where the hell the pic was taken. But then me and the chica were gallivanting thru Countryside mall, and bam! We saw the bright green noodle bar! Then it hit me; this was the place. Unfortunately, we had just eaten a massive king-sized breakfast, so the thought of eating again made our stomachs hurt. Pholicious won the battle, but not the war. We would be back to exact our revenge in the name of our hunger’s honor. And return we did! I’m pretty much a novice when it comes to Phở, and admittedly I’d never heard of it until I saw it on Man vs Food one day, despite growing up with a Vietnamese best friend! Rookie status aside, I’ve had Phở from two places, Phở Quyen and Pholicious, and in my newjackish opinion, Pholicious was more toothsome. The broth was more savory, meat was more plentiful and the atmosphere was more fun. Sure Phở Quyen has a full menu of Viet-goodies, but in straight up Phở-to-Phở combat, I think Pholicious takes the cake. My recommendation is to stick to the Phở Beef, and shy away from the Phở Shrimp. My chica got the shrimp bowl, and well you can read all about her experience in her review. She done did it wrong. Also, the Thai Bubble Tea smoothie was a delicious and throat-soothing treat after all the spices from the soup. Shrimp spring rolls are on point too. Dunk ‘em in the Hoisin sauce!
