The cashier lady scanned 5 magazines 4.99 $/each then she put them fast in one of the bags.
When I stopped her & asked about this. She said they fall down from the shelf !!!

Until this week I had not been in this particular store since it was an Albertsons. So several years to say the least. I also remember when it first opened as a Jewel Osco in the mid 90s. And I must say it’s holding up fairly ok. The front entrance on the right as you enter is looking a little run down, but I think part of that is because they have ripped up the flooring and are in the process of replacing it. Isles are well spaced and more than wide enough. Well lit with a good selection that is easy to shop.

The other night, I stopped by to get a gallon of milk and was surprised at what an awesome, large Publix this was. As an Alberson’s, it always seemed to have a sticky floor and smelled of day-old seafood but not now. So come Saturday, we decide to do our weekly shopping there. Friendly folks, roomy aisles, super clean and a perfect produce area have sealed the deal for our new favorite weekly grocery store. Keep up the good work!
