If I could give negative 5 stars I would! This Michele character is a liar and a thief!!! I ordered the CUSTOMPRODUCTSKF2 — Premium arrangement which is or exotic flowers(red orchids and yellow calla lilies) costing $ 140 plus fees and delivery for a total of $ 159.80 for my mother’s birthday. Instead my mom gets a vase of 6 roses, a few tiger lilies and those white filler flowers! I called Michele back and told her to pick up flowers and return my money. She says she didn’t have the flowers for the arrangement so she sent what she had instead! I asked her, why did you not call me, and I could have selected something different? No answer… so she did pick up the flowers and then apparently sent a new arrangement to my mother! I never asked her to send a new arrangement as I knew my mom would not be home! She left for a trip the next day! The caretaker calls me up a few days later and tells me that there are flowers by the front door addressed to my mom! I called Michele again and ask… what the hell… I never asked for more flowers. I asked for my money back!!! She then goes on to tell me that I’m being difficult and cannot be pleased and now she tells me that the original arrangement is in fact of silk flowers and they don’t do those any more!!! So originally, she didn’t have the fresh flowers to make the arrangement so sent a sorry replacement instead and now she tells me that I had ordered a silk arrangement which they no longer carry! Mind you, nowhere on the website does it state that this arrangement is of silk flowers!!! She also said that she processed the refund with Teleflora… now why would she be processing the refund with Teleflora when I ordered the flowers directly from her website?!? There seems to be no end in the lies!!! It has been 30 days and I placed a dispute with my credit card company and she replies to the dispute that she sent replacement flowers so I’m not entitled to a refund!!! What a lying snake!!! Do not order from this florist, she has no qualms about taking someone’s money and sending cheap ass flowers in place of the beautiful flowers you think you are having delivered to you loved one.

Perfect location for delivering flowers to my grandparents. I can call in the morning and the can have flowers there the same day. Using Unilocal,it is easy to find good florists.

This is a stand up business. I had flowers delivered for Mother’s Day, there was an issue with freshness of a specific flower in the arrangement. I emailed Sand Key and was emailed back by Brian. Brian went above and beyond to correct the problem and make sure the the most important person — My Mom — was happy. I will definitely make Sand Key my florist for now on.

These people are completely unreliable. I ordered Valentine’s Day flowers for a special friend. Michelle committed to a delivery«first thing» in the morning. It is now 4:41pm and the flowers have not shown up yet. I have called them 4 times on V-Day to figure out what is going on. The first time Michelle said«within an hour». The second time(2 hours later) Brian said«within 5 – 10 minutes». The third time(an hour later) Brian promised«any minute» and committed to call me to confirm. I never got the promised call back. Now all i get is an answering machine and still no delivery. Do yourself a favor and USEANYBODYELSE but these idiots next time!

I was very disappointed in the phone conversation with sand key florist. I sent flowers to my daughter who couldn’t be home for Thanksgiving, only to find out on Thanksgiving day she didn’t get any delivery… When I called their number, the phone was answered«hello» I asked«is this sand key flowers» …ya…I say«I’m calling about flower delivery that was not received» She asked for the address and said … «I never had an order for that»… I said I have a confirmation email and number. She said«well there must be a glitch in the system.» Not once did she say she was even sorry. Now, I have to make sure my credit card was not charged, AND my daughter received no flower greeting. I am a believer in small businesses but this one definitely is NOT one that cares about their customers. I really can’t believe how I was treated. No, I will never use them again. I highly suggest not using their website. Guess I’ll be looking for a new Clearwater florist.
