I went to this location with my 6yr old daughter she wasn’t feeling well that day and accidentally dropped her smoothie on the ground. She felt so bad and started to cry. The staff was amazing they gave her a new one and told her it was ok. They even gave her an extra cute little cookie.

Love drinking coffee here. Staff is helpful, place is well organized and the atmosphere is inviting. Thumb up!!!

Service always good, meets almost all Starbuck’s standards — except about NO smoking. Every time I come here there are smokers outside. The cigar smokers are the worst. I’ve asked store employees but they too don’t want to be the smoke police.

I am a fan of this Starbucks location. Friendly staff, quick service, and good merch options in the storefront. My order is always delivered correctly and with a smile. There are spots in the inside to sit and they also have a nice prop area with umbrellas.
I don’t think a Starbucks without a drive thru can really earn the 5 stars (sorry!), but that’s my only negative about this location.

I’ve been a hardcore Starbucks coffee drinker for years now. Wanted to take the time to acknowledge and thank the staff of this particular location because they are all super friendly and work as a team so great. I’ve been to many Starbucks where you may have a select few top employees but whoever the manager is of this location deserves a raise. He picks a diverse staff that all work great with each other and create a very enjoyable atmosphere for their guests. Thank you — keep it up :)

This the best Starbucks in the area! The staff is kind and funny. They always make a great drink and a bad day better. The staff is beyond great!!! This is my favorite by far!

Terrible service. Rude baristas that laughed at my indecision. Overall just not a good customer experience.

Great service and always clean. Lots of outdoor seating. It can get pretty busy inside which leads to a line for the unisex bathroom.

I am not a fan of the coffee. i usually get latte ir capaccino. i am a fan of the bakery items. just personal preference. they also have a small gift area.

I’m a big Starbucks fan who frequents a few different locations a week. I’ve been to this location once before for a to-​go coffee retrieval, but last Sunday I stopped in to relax with my tea, read the newspaper, and enjoy the beautiful weather. My chai latte was perfect, but I was disgusted by the appearance of the store and its patio. We originally sat outside. There wasn’t one table that wasn’t smeared with milk or with crumbs and napkins lying on them. I went in the bathroom to get some wet paper towels to clean the table and was appalled by the strong urine smell, wet floors and trash lying around. We instead moved inside and found the same unkempt condition with the chairs and tables there. Worst kept Starbucks I’ve ever visited. I was quite surprised given its neighborhood location.

My favorite Starbucks! They don’t have a drive-​thru, which was originally a disappointment. However, the morning team moves faster than most drive-​thrus! More importantly, for someone that stares at a computer screen all day, it’s great to get some human contact!
The staff is so friendly. I especially appreciate their understanding when my mind doesn’t function well in the morning. I feel comfortable asking for crazy and unique combinations of yummy drinks!

Nice Starbucks, good atmosphere and not as cramped up as a lot of Starbucks I’ve been to. The deal breaker here was the restrooms. They were FILTHY! Dust build up on everything in there was a dead giveaway that they are not cleaned regularly, thick brown urine buildup on back of toilet. Nasty sink. The best way to judge how well employees keep a restaurant is by the bathroom. If they can’t wipe down a toilet, how well do you think they are going to clean those machines they have to fully breakdown? Those bathrooms haven’t had a thorough scrubbing in at LEAST a week. Buildup as thick as what was under the toilet seat takes a while to accumulate.

I go here all the time as it is right near my work. Christina, Seth, Dante.. . the entire staff is awesome and more than happily indulge my indecisiveness when I want to try something different.

This Starbucks has one key feature that puts it on my regular itinerary. It’s near where I sleep and therefore can provide an early morning double espresso when I’m too lazy to crank out some coffee on my own.
Honestly, I’ve been to so many Starbucks that I can’t really tell them apart anymore. Why is there not a Unilocal badge for this amazing accomplishment Hello?! Unilocal!I want a badge now.

The McMullen Booth Starbucks is my primetime chill out spots. It’s one of the most spacious and least crowded that I’ve been to, which is why it is close to heaven for readers.
The interior is decorated in the rich, warm colors that Starbucks is known for, but unlike most of the cafes this one has two long, wooden tables for multiple patrons to sit and enjoy their java. This is perfect for groups, and personally my husband & I love coming here as a date night for some drinks and board games.
If you’re looking for comfort, they also have leather chairs that are soft enough to sink into and stay for a while. When I’m not bringing the hubby for date night, you can find me with a kindle in one hand and a tall caramel macchiato in the other (which I order with nonfat milk to make it less than 200 calories. Yum!).
The onnnnnly gripe I have, is that sometimes the sounds of their appliances can be quite noisy, but who’s ever heard of a quiet blender?
All in all, this is a wonderful place to come sip a tasty drink and kick back. The environment is calm & cool, the baristas are quirky & perky, and of course the drinks are always delish.

As always, this store goes above and beyond. They brewed a batch of decaf for our group. Good for Starbucks, good for us.

It was your «normal» Starbucks location. Coffee was made to my liking.
The shopping center around the store is great. Ample parking and great eats at the Coal Fire Pizza place nearby.
This Starbucks could have been kept up or maintained a bit better compared to what I have seen at other locations. The bathroom was untidy and the product displays on the floor were looking picked-​over. Limited selection on baked goods and food/​snacks. But hey, at the end of the day, the coffee was good.

Great staff and excellent service. Fast, organized and clean. The staff remembers your name and greets you when you come in. Thumbs up!

The usual as to coffee. Small selection of pastries, etc. And small sitting area. Biggest issue I have at this location is the staff, which seems to change all the time. The current employees do not seem to have much enthusiasm for what they do.
