Subway

Let’s start with the guy behind the counter being sour. Then sprinkle the fact that this is the ONLY Subway I have EVER been to that didn’t serve fresh avocado as a choice for your sandwich. He proceeded to explain to me «Yeah, this subway is weird like that!».

Horrible, rude and Sloooooow staff. I usually like Subway in terms of an inexpensive, somewhat healthy lunch option. This particular store is not very good. The staff are rude and have no sense of urgency during the lunch time rush. The staff has always seemed bothered. This is not a good subway.

Now I saw a lot of the reviews for this subway location and I have to admit that I find it hard to believe that every one experienced such a horrible time here. Maybe it was the fact that I came at the end of the night or something on a Friday but I’ve gotta say that I had excellent service. I think the thing that is astonishing is the fact that there was a teenage kid who made my sandwich in record time all with a good attitude and personality.
I was starving, literally got my sub and ran back to my hotel and devoured it. I gotta say he probably made it faster than as ate it and I got that janx toasted!!! This subway seemed very cleaned I liked the decorations. I loved this experience! Give that guy a raise!

I just encountered the most unprofessional, disgusting behavior from an employee there. She should lose her job immediately! Fight woth your boyfriend in front of customers, and then look at us like we did something wrong. Disgusting

I’ve been to this Subway countless times. First thing, there is a man that works there that stares at you constantly. When it comes time to put your ingredients on your sandwich like lettuce or tomato, it feels as if your hassling them as they look tired, bored and not interested in their job or their customers. They always try to rush you so fast that you don’t have time to think about what you would like on your sandwich until you ask them to wait as they wrap it to go. The employees are not positive or wanting to talk. If your looking for customer satisfaction at all, this is not the place. besides all of this, most of the time it is very clean and the food is great. They make the food very well and almost never falls apart when you open your sub. Cookies are fresh all the time in the morning. The tables, ceiling, vents, food and floors are very clean and neat.
My conclusion comes down to the this. Its very clean place to eat and the food is most of the time delicious and very good. On the other hand, be prepared to be gawked at while ordering a sandwich with almost no interactions from the crew besides what you want on your sandwich. All you will see is boring, no interest in their job or you faces. Give them a 5 hour energy and hope the crew will get better.

I am a fan of Subway for the most part, but I was a little disappointed this time. I was in the Clearwater area for a local co-​Ed softball tournament and I was hot from playing ball in the sun and starving.
The store appeared to clean and neat overall. The service was fine too.
My disappointment came when I notice the that the lettuce was browning. I asked my buddy he if he noticed it too and he did. So if we both noticed it surely the sandwich artist saw it too. Why would they continue to use it? I didn’t speak up, but maybe I should have, but I was starving and exhausted from the heat so I wasn’t going there.
I ordered my normal sub inch Italian herb and cheese Italian BMT clearly without the lettuce and my sub was ok. I say ok because my bread was dry.
Since this Subway isn’t the one I frequent the most, I’m not super sad about my experience, but my next tournament I’ll figure something else out to eat.
