Sun Country Cleaners

Trying to give a zero star. Took a suit there for the first time. Awesome customer service from the staff at the local shop. Main office not so much. Had a 700 dollar suit I took in. Never made it off the truck to the cleaners. Awesome. Lost. Submitted my claim and still waiting. Oh did I tell you this was beginning of April. Its now July. Once they saw the receipt and the cost they refuse to answer any emails or phone calls from me. Time to take them to court.

I am still looking for a good laundry to press my work shirts (tux) these people take almost 4 days cuz they send out maybe? And the shirts are pressed over the buttons. i hate doing them myself but geez. also the arms were dbl creased on some of them. they will fix it for free but then i am leaving them and making an extra trip.

I recently moved here from Indiana and live just around the corner. I figured since this location was close, why not? I couldn’t have been more wrong. Almost all of my shirts were pressed with the button side under the hole side of the shirt resulting in pressed button marks going diagonal across the front of my shirts. I took 5 suits, 6 or 7 shirts, and several items of my wife’s there and it was just over $ 150.00 total. That seemed a little high but I figured OK. It was when I got them home to transfer them to my hangers in the closet that I discovered what a poor job they really did. They somehow managed to press the collars on 3 of my suits so that they were so high in the back the underlying felt was showing about one half of an inch in the back. Needless to say I wasn’t very happy and so I logged on to their website and sent them an email detailing my concerns. My thought was if they cared at all about their customers they would at least reply and try to make it right with me. I was willing to give them a second chance, everyone can have an off day, right. Going on 3 weeks now and still no reply. As you can imagine I will not be doing business with them again and I couldn’t in good conscience recommend them no matter how conveniently located they might be.

When they closed the location near my office it made me try something new. I love the drive through service here on Coachman (next to The Humane Society). Neat things have also started happening at headquarters like less buttons are missing from dress shirts and an excellent job was done removing gum from a pair of black pants. No reason to try anywherer new for the moment
