I have never gotten a crunch wrap made so fast in my life. It usually takes several minutes for a breakfast crunch wrap but this one was done in less than a min and it was piping hot. Not cold. The manager was very friendly and genuine with a smile on his face. I appreciate fast and friendly service like this a great deal!

When the f did crunchy tacos start to cost $ 1.50 and double decker tacos over $ 2? I swear you jacked up your prices since I moved here from Los Angeles 8 months ago. Even in L.A., Taco Bell is cheaper than this location. What a rip off! The staff is always nice though. It’s also annoying when you order 6 tacos and get 5 sauce packets.

Ive been coming to this taco bell for more than 10 years now as i have grown up in the area since i was 5. Yes sometimes they mess up the order and yes they are busy all the time but for the most part they are great, anytime ive ever had a problem they work with me and fix the problem and help me. They go through a lot of staff changes a lot as well. The food is always fresh, im not sure how the breakfast is but lunch and dinner is good. Ive maybe only had 4 bad times there my whole life and they resolved each one.

I used to love this place and ate there almost weekly, but it has since gone downhill fast. The staff there is usually nice, but they sometimes seem out of it or they play around too much. I’ve seen their managers have meetings at night, but it doesn’t really seem like anybody knows what the restaurant’s problems are or how to address them.
For starters (no pun intended), nine times out of ten, expect 1 – 4 items in your order to be missing, not including drinks. The drive-​thru is very narrow and short so that even when you try to check your receipt and bag to make sure they’ve got everything, you have to hurry to get out of the way or hope to pull in to the parking lot, get out of your car, and walk back in to set them straight. What is enraging is that sometimes they don’t even check your receipt; they know they screw up orders that often.
Usually, I don’t even notice the missing items until I’m home (because I don’t expect to be so constantly robbed), to my disappointment, and over time it has led to outright distrust.
From the outside, it’s easy to miss the restaurant with such a small sign and an awkwardly-​placed uphill entrance to a sharp corner which makes entering and exiting a pain.
The restaurant itself is tolerable, but there’s not a lot of room to stand while you order. The soda dispenser is less than hygienic, though I constantly see them trying to clean it.
The food used to be pretty decent, but recently, it has also gone downhill. Anything that is wrapped will often be squished and unappetizing, not even remotely close to what they display on the pictures (to the point that it’s laughable). Half the time I order a bean burrito, I find meat in it (assuming they understood «bean burrito» as «beef burrito», my receipt says otherwise. Thankfully I’m not a vegetarian, vegan, or allergic in some way, but that kind of mix-​up is outright unacceptable and it’s a health hazard.
Lastly, the real reason for my review. Yesterday was the last straw. I ordered a Taco Fiesta Salad, one of my favorite items on the menu. I took it to go (quick side-​note: I got this same item to-​go once, and when they gave it to me, they placed it in a plastic cover of sorts. Whether it was intentional or lack of care, they put it in a plastic bag without closing the lid. I didn’t notice because I only received it in the bag, until I got out of my car and noticed it had been spilling leaking all over the seat. Great. Now back to the story.) and I was on my way. Halfway through eating it, I started to get a headache. I noticed that the crunchy part seemed to have a bitter taste as if it was stale; the other ingredients (even the sauce) didn’t taste much fresher. Unfortunately, I had already gone through most of it before I realized that it was making me sick. Then I saw the white spots on it indicating that it was stale, as well as green bits of SOMETHING in it. I was pretty horrified not to have noticed sooner; I threw away what remained.
The taste still hasn’t gotten out of my mouth entirely, and I’m just hoping not to fall dead now. I’m not a sue-​happy person, but I do see a basis for a lawsuit if they don’t get their act together. I get that it’s fast food, but it still has to be edible and safe for human consumption.
And that was it. Initially, I lost my trust in this location for not including the items on my order. Now I can’t even trust them to prepare them correctly. They’ve just lost four (including my family) regular customers.

This place Always always always gets our order wrong. They are quick to take our money for the extras, but we never receive them. We are driving back to fix our orders on a regular basis.

Great drive through. The wait is good but sometime they have hang out with customer and delay the deliver time for the drive through. I like to get the dollar menu during the happy hour time 2 – 5 pm. I have the Baja freeze and the spicy chicken crunch. The food is good for afternoon snack.

I heard of fast food and developing the environment in these places to keep people moving. My experience was unpleasant. I have always been told that even though this is Florida you should carry a light jacket as air conditioning can leave you cold. Unfortunately, I felt like I was eating in a freezer. I really did not warm up until finished and got to the car. As for the food it was typical Taco Bell; nothing really to mention. I did get a refill on my soft drink and found that it tasted like sour sweet tarts. Which I discarded once I got to the car. I have had better at Taco Bell and although it is fast food the experience should have been better.
