This place is horrible the new company took over my water bill went from 37 to 69 crazy the do everything on the outside for exterior so it looks good on the outside Matinance is horrible you can’t fix things when you sit in the office on the phone flooding out side my building for over a year pool Matinance over flowing garbage broken wooden boxes out of pool a gas grill that you have to bring your own gas and it’s so dirty if you cooked on it you would die security gate has not worked since Blue Rock partners bought this place I must say Christian the manager trying her best she can’t do it alone
