My experience with working with the whole team at Thunder Bay is one where I felt completely taken care of every step of the way. They are honest, they have complete integrity and provide accurate information and real solutions.
I have a historic spanish bungalow which I have restored and is near and dear to me. My flat roof started leaking amid the crazy storm of August 2015 that produced non stop rain for 3 weeks. Thunder Bay came out and repaired the leak when other companies would not even return my phone call. Upside, leak was fixed and I stopped taking on water. A blessing as I reside in another state and as you can imagine this complicates everything. Downside, I needed a new roof, news no one is exactly excited to hear. Thunder Bay was great and worked with me to find the best roofing solution. Now I have a new flat roof and a great warranty which makes me feel even more secure.
I trust Thunder Bay completely. Lots of companies can provide a new roof, but if you want to choose the company that you can trust to be honest with you about your needs, provide solutions within a reasonable cost to you and follow through every step of the way, then as I said, just call Thunder Bay and look no further. Thunder Bay is not just a roofing company they are roofing experts and great people.

I called for an estimate and was given a date and time for the rep to come to the house. The time came and went. Nothing. Called the company and was told that they left a message on my cell saying they were not going to be there (not true). Then was told that the company doesn’t do shingle roofs any longer.
The next day we were driving through the neighborhood and saw the crew from Thunder Bay… installing shingles on a roof.
Not so sure that they are trustworthy.

I First called Thunder Bay to repair a metal roof that was installed incorrectly by another company. A custom fabricated piece of metal was built to make the repair and I haven’t had another problem. Have had a total of 5 roofs done by Thunder Bay.
