BTW the attempt to get in touch w/​you is all just for show, correspondence with them as been repetitive and redundant, zero resolution just frustration. The car is not safe to drive and we haven’t touched it since, we are researching a reliable and competent mechanic now to get the job done right because we refuse to go back to Tire Plus.

I have come here multiple times over the years with multiple different vehicles, and they usually do a fair job for a decent price. I have brought other quotes from other mechanics, that I knew were over charging, and they beat the price. However, on this experience they seriously tried to take advantage of me. I dropped my 03 Ranger off at 7:30 in the morning to have my oil changed and my coolant pressure checked because my fluid levels were low. I was called back around 10:30 and given a long list and an over complicated description of what was wrong. In that list they told me they had to do a special order a part (heater hose assembly kit) from Fords Manufacturer because there was no auto parts place in they county who had one and that it would be $ 225 and $ 121 in labor for a total of $ 377.99 after tax. Well unfortunately for them I am actually slightly familiar with Ford engines having pulled to out and completely re-​built them in the past. I called them on their BS and told them not to do it. I did give them permission to replace my thermostat which took them from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm, so they are clearly efficient in what they do (thats sarcasm for those who don’t know thats a 30 min job). After that I got my truck back and went literally 2 miles down the road to NAPA auto parts and bought the «super special part» for $ 39 and replaced it myself (all you do is screw on 3 house claps). I brought my truck here out of convenience because I work full-​time and go to school full-​time and did not feel like doing the work myself. Needless to say these buffoons will never get another penny from me.

Personally I’ve been to this location 3 times before I wrote my review to be fair… it’s hard for me to give 5 stars the true star is your interactions with the front desk managers at service locations. Julio Robaina (Service Manager) has been my greeter each time and is the only reason I come to this location apart from the great work that the maintenance guys performs. It’s very hard to find an honest car maintenance person in general. Julio keeps it real and honest he does not try to up sell you on anything you do not need, has a GREAT personality and customer service is wonderful. If you have any repair needs ask for Julio and he will try you right. Each employee I’ve encountered has been very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The prices are very good I’ve even gone online and research the prices in the area. This location is located in the same shopping center as the Countryside Mall so depending on the time of your service you can walk around the mall or First Watch is a good restaurant in walking distance as well as Whole Foods or if you are like me LA Fitness is also in the same center and you can workout. The waiting room area is kept very clean with fresh complimentary coffee.

I went in for an oil change, tire balancing/​rotation and brake pads. I only have 40,000 on my 2011 Toyota Corolla LE. With the oil change, after I left, I noticed they didn’t even top off my fluids. Windshield wiper fluid etc. Even Jiffy Lube for $ 27 refill fluids and this is, what I felt, a more responsible company. I was wrong. They balanced my tires but told me I needed 2 additional tires which I figured they are a tire shop so why not throw that in for sales? BUT they told me I needed all new pads AND all new rotors! Over $ 300+ for a brake job. I felt that they were wrong so I took my car to Just Brakes/​Clearwater for a 2^nd opinion. I didn’t tell Just Brakes what Tires Plus said… I just asked them to evaluate my brakes. My rotors were just fine! All I needed was pads. I would never recommend Tires Plus at Countryside. I don’t feel they were being honest!

Made an appointment on the phone to replace my tires. I specifically told them that I wanted premwell tires that were on sale 15 percent off. Brought the car in for my appointment and they said it would be an hour and a half. Went back to get the car and found out they put firestone tires on my car that cost $ 100 more. I talked to the manager who said to either take the tires or wait another hour and a half for them to put on the correct tires. I didn’t have another hour and a half to wait so I ended up being forced to pay more for the tires. Stay away from here!

After waiting an hour for a flat repair, woke up the next day to a flat tire. Will never come back to this location again.

I usually get my oil changed here since its right at the mall and very convenient. I hate going to get an oil change and having to wait in the lobby, but here I can hop on over to the mall while I wait so that’s a plus.
They do a decent oil change with tire rotation included for a good price, about $ 25 out the door. While everyone that works here is friendly enough, they always tell me I need extra work on my car or there is an issue with something that needs to be replaced or fixed (when it really doesn’t need any work at all), no surprise. But they’ve been saying that since my car was almost brand new and had 4000 miles.
Overall they are not too pushy and get my car taken care of quickly so I can’t complain. I’d recommend it

I’ve had a couple of good experiences here. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The prices are decent and the up selling seems to be kept to a minimum.
I called for an oil change, got in the same day, and got a good price without even having a coupon. So… I’m a fan and I’ll go back.
