We just changed from Sprint! Oh what a relief! We went to the Verizon store on Gulf to Bay and was greeted immediately by the customer care representative, Angel Medina. He was phenomenal-he«listened» to our needs and took his time to make sure we were 100% satisfied– The very next day, we all received a text message from the General Manager, John, thanking us for becoming a brand new Verizon customer and to let him know if he could do anything for us… WOW! Super impressed! Awesome customer service!

Eban Keller as well as a couple of Members of the Staff got me out of a jamb in outstanding fashion. My iPhone 5S decided to stop working in between stops on a Florida business trip on March 24 with suddenly no incoming or no outgoing calls and no GPS… talk about marooned on an abandoned island… Eban was patient with my frustration, inspected my phone, went through the usual diagnostic protocols and determined it was hopeless, time for a new phone. The store had an iPhone 6s 128GB in stock, got me connected, helped me transfer all my data(fortunately all backed up on the cloud) and«good to go» in a couple of hours. The physical store is nice. There are long wait times. New phones are rarely available the same day. Prices are really high compared to other carriers. I ft like the staff wasn’t focused on keeping me happy as a customer. Personal story: I was month to month and done with my contract for years. I had unlimited data. When I wanted to upgrade my device, i was told I needed a new plan… downgrade my data to 4gb for more money. That seemed silly.

This store is a joke I’ve been here 25 minutes after the girl told me she would have to find me In the system, the manager is to busy with another issue and I’m still waiting on the girl that has seen 3 other people that walked in thru the doors. No Custumer service and all I wanted was my 2 month old otter box replaced. I spent $ 1400.00 on two I phones and accessories but can’t be found in the system. Smh I miss AT&T …

The store is very well laid out. Lots of room to move about and browse. They have seating available as well. Was greeted quickly and offered assistance immediately by the staff. The staff were friendly and very efficient.

This is a real Verizon Corporate store and will know your account best. I got all sorts of bad phones and run-around with the Verizon-authorized stores and will only go to corporate stores from now on. Mr. Nate was VERYCOMPETENTANDGOOD with customer care when I visited the store for a Droid Maxx upgrade to my Account. He went out of his way to ensure I had the right phone and that it worked on my account. He realized what a terrible experience I had with Cellular Sales Verizon-authorized store earlier and helped me immensely. I only wish that all Verizon sales representatives are this helpful in person.
