Vittoria’s Pizza Subs & Pasta

I can’t speak on their pizza and that might be worth ordering but I ordered the fajitas and they were absolutely awful. Applebee’s has better fajitas. I ordered the combo fajitas and I was expecting a decent amount of food and decently cooked food. The steak and chicken was over cooked. The shrimp was ok. The serving size was about the amount of food I would order for a 5 year old child. The food was so overpriced for the quality and amount. Do not waste your time or money on this restaurant.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! If there was an option to click NO STARS, I WOULD SELECT IT! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. worst customer service ever! They took a long time, couldn’t find our building, so they called us and told us «I don’t have time for this, and we don’t do refunds». We ordered over 30 $ worth of food and you’re not going to deliver our food because you can’t find our apartment down the road? We reported this THEFT to the Largo Police department! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

In the amount of time it has taken this pizza to get to my home, I could have gone down to Walmart which is a 15 minute drive, purchased my own sauce, dough, and cheese, driven back to my home, put the pizza together, baked it, eaten it, driven back to Walmart and purchased the same ingredients again and cooked a whole nother pizza and consumed that one, and the pizza would still have taken another hour to get here.
I ordered the pizza at around 1AM because this is the only 24hour option available, and being a college student home for the Summer I had to take what I could get. I am writing this review at 2:44AM and my pizza has still not arrived. I called to ask where the pizza was, and was asked which hotel I’m staying at. I am not staying in a hotel and am still unsure as to why he would assume that I am… Anyways, I was told there was one order ahead of me and he will be here soon.
I ordered one pizza. A New York style thin crust. It was$ 21 online (the only way to order) and delivery fee was calculated to be $ 18. That is outrageous for one large pizza, and $ 18 is a full tank of gas, my house is barely 15 miles from the restaurant… But whatever its late.
This is definitely the most disappointing $ 51 I’ve ever spent.
UPDATE— it is 3:12 AM and the pizza just arrived. The delivery man blamed traffic. It is 3 in the morning, there is absolutely no traffic. I do not recommend this pizza at all. Locate a McDonalds, walk to it if you have to. It will be 40x faster.

No, do not make the same mistake that I did and order from here. I should have waited for reviews, but I thought that I may have discovered what could possibly be my new delivery pizza place.
The menu looks amazing. Lots of specialty pizzas, New York style or Chicago style, subs, and they’re open ²⁴⁄₇. I placed an order online (it’s the only way you can order from them). I received a confirmation email and a phone call from someone in New York making sure that I wanted it delivered immediately. Yes, I assured them, deliver it as soon as possible. We had company coming over, I ordered two specialty pizzas, a chicken pesto and their supreme, both 18″. I also ordered two 10″ pizzas for the kids, one plain cheese, and the other pepperoni. After they tacked on their service fees, tax, and I added a tip, my bill was $ 113…for four pizzas, two of which were small. I was expecting something amazing for the price, but all I received was a large helping of disappointment.
The site says during peak times you can wait up to 75 minutes. We waited over two hours for the pizzas to be delivered. When I opened the boxes up, the cheese was burnt on all of them. They had obviously been sitting around, maybe under a heat lamp, maybe tossed back into the oven to make them warm for the delivery. They were chewy like beef jerk, not edible at all. This place is a joke. Save your money, and order from someplace else.
If you’re the business owner reading this, don’t even bother to respond to me unless you’re willing to not only refund the entire purchase, but also walk from your business to my home, stopping at every house on the way to apologize to every man, woman, and child for your complete failure. If I could rate you negative stars, I would.
