Best burger I have ever eaten. Get the Bacon Jalapeño Cheeseburger with mayo. Awesome. That 100 year old grill is magic. Service is awesome. Day after day, the same incredible burgers. Thank you Burger Bar,

OK, I know you’re thinking, «Huh? Are you kidding me? A great burger out of a 67 or 68 or so year old, 10×14 or so brick building on a back street in Clebure, Texas? Cleburne? Texas? «
Well, yeah. Crazy good.
This is the real deal. And I know this will make you skeptical, but the burger patties are preformed, frozen from who knows where. Probably Sam’s or something. But here’s the deal… I think it’s the 68 year old gas fired griddle the burgers are cooked on and the buns are grilled on. THIS makes the diff if you ask me.
Trust me. These burgers are to die for. And the french fries are perfecto.
You will not believe how totally cool this tiny venue is. Katy, who runs the operation for her dad is a delight, and when I was in this week her husband Caleb was at the griddle doing a great job.
Get the burger with cheese and bacon.
Cheeseburgers with bacon and French fries…$ 8.50. Crazy.

I love eating at Burger Bar! The burgers are always good, and even better with grilled jalapeños added! This is how burgers should taste. I have been away for a few years, but came back for a visit. They still recognize me and ask how we are. Friendly people, quaint little building and great food! Stop in if you are in town.

Best burger in Cleburne, Tx for sure! Check it out if you somehow passing through. Really small only about 4 seats inside but they have a picnic table out front. Don’t pass on the grilled peppers on your burger and ask for extra napkins. Enjoy of you make it by!
