Called Dugger Brothers for an inspection as I was in the process of selling my house and needed to get some things fixed per my inspection report. Explained what needed to be done and they gave me an upfront estimate based on pictures and descriptions of what needed to be done. Went with them based on price and turns out the service was outstanding as well! The tech came out the same day gave the full inspection, replaced drain pan, rerouted the gas flue, and the flashing in about an hour and a half. Definitely recommend to others!!!

Only went to them because a good friend recommended. In the end my complete new Carrier unit works ok as of one year. But, I got what I paid for as far a service. They were a little bit cheaper but, getting them to do anything they said they would do was like pulling teeth. Come to think of it… they were suppose to come back after a few months and check over the unit again. Guess the warranties out now. Got busy and forgot to remind them. Wait… I shouldn’t have to remind them. Very un-​professional.
