Pin Center Bowl

This place has horrible customer service! They over charged us then refused to give a refund. The place is filthy too!

Worst customer Service!!!
We just called Pin Center Bowl in Cleburne to ask if there were any early specials for bowling. The man on the other end of the phone said very rudely that were no deals regular price and immediately hung up on us! We never got to ask another question.
In my experience if they are that rude to you over the phone, they will be that rude or worse to you in person. There are not very many bowling options out this way, after this experience I will gladly drive to ft. worth or Arlington to go Bowling.
Here’s a tip to the owners… just because your the only bowling place with in 20 miles you think you can be rude and treat people with disrespect! This is the type of attitude that puts you out of business! One day someone might open another alley and give you a run for your money. and guess what. they will succeed because customers go where they treated with common kindness!

I called 4 days in advance and reserved 2 lanes for our Boy Scout troop. I was told there was no leagues and plenty of lanes. Then 30 minutes before out time I received a call to tell me that they only have one lane for us because they have a league nite. It was too late for me to change the activity. So I ended up with 8 boys on one lane. I complained to the manager. She did not care. I asked for a discount to make it right and was offered nothing. What horrible customer service. Avoid this place at all cost and drive up to Burleson.
