I just had another great visit with Sharon Reid and her fabulous staff. I moved out of the area for over 5 years and could never find a dentist office like this one. I have been going to Sharon and her staff for over 10 years. I now live within an hour of her office and will gladly drive the distance. I love that her staff has been with her since I’ve been going there, they are so loving, they care, they take good care of you, I feel like I am in good hands, my experiences have been nothing short of excellent. I totally trust this dentist and her staff. I had all of my mercury fillings removed and replaced with non toxic materials. My results were fantastic. Lisa was her assistant throughout my procedures and she was wonderful to me. She held my hand and talked to me when I felt nervous. Dentists always make me nervous. Dr Reid provided all the things I needed to feel relaxed during my procedures. I love this office and would not consider trusting my smile to anyone else. Nancy Delia

I have to say that I think Dr. Reid was able to buy a car from the money she got out of me yet I received mostly pain. To start this off, I think Dr. Reid is a very nice person and I thought for the most part honest. I don’t know how I feel about the honesty part at this point because she may very well be practicing the way she honestly feels fit. She has a very nice office and a friendly staff as well. I never had a problem with the actual Hygienists there. I’ve needed lots of work done in the past with my molars but I would not have thought $ 12000 worth. I spent a lot of time in her office and always left in pain. I do believe she could be sadistic because she was always hurting my gums in some way and I would be sore for a week after just a filling. I’ve had lots of things done in the past before and after her and none of them have resulted in the pain that she delivered. I’ve needed mostly fillings, root canals and crowns and she did quite a few fillings and crowns. Every filling she did resulted in me ending up needing a root canal on the tooth within a couple of months. I should have left her office before I actually did but she made me feel like everything she did was extremely necessary and it’s so very hard to find a good dentist. Every single time I left her office I ended up with canker sores in my mouth the very next day. There would be multiple sores. One time, after extensive work I had 8 canker sores in my mouth at one time. Most people would assume that she was unclean but I don’t think that was the problem. I’m pretty sure she was very clean and I wasn’t allergic the gloves she was wearing. I’ve never experienced canker sores coming from a dentist office before or after seeing her. I probably had at least 10 appts with her(other than cleanings) and everyone resulted in at least 2 or more canker sores after the visit. I’ve had some of the same work done since her, on some of the same teeth since they needed to be redone, and have yet to encounter another canker sore. I’ve talked to 2 dentists since then and asked how much work needed done on my teeth(without letting them know what her result was) and they both had slight differences but nothing more than a couple of fillings. She still had a plan for me before I left that consisted of crowns, fillings, something else that was going to cost me another $ 6000. I did talk to a lawyer about my experiences with her practice but in a nut shell, it’s very very hard to pin someone on neglect. It would ultimately cost me more than what I would get and all I would have wanted was my money back and the money to pay for the work that needed to redone. I recommend if looking for a dentist that you do extensive research on them and also find as many reviews as possible preferable from ones you personally know. I’m sure that she has done some good work on people but unfortunately that was not my experience.
