Aspen Heights is unmatched in Clemson: full time concierge, same day maintenance response time, and resort style amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful from picking up a package from the office or calling in with a maintenance request. The units are very spacious with a lot of room per person, high ceilings, garages, and guest bathrooms. Aspen Heights has a shuttle than runs to Clemson’s campus every 30 min, which beats fighting for parking in «The Pit» any day. Awesome clubhouse with weights and cardio gyms, and study lounge that offers free printing! I wish Aspen would have been here for all my years of school. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.
