Don’t go to Associates in Dermatology if you want to be able to contact the office directly. I have waited for 2 weeks to get ahold of the office directly. Even then we had to escalate things with the Director of Client Operations to make them call us back. When you call in you get directed to a call center that has no access to your medical file or have the ability to answer any questions. Had no issues with the providers the previous 2 visits over the last 2 years, then had many issues with the last provider. Best tip, go elsewhere! If you do go, makes sure you don’t get Natalie Jenkins.
