165 dollars for first time regular cleaning (70 X-​ray, 35– examing fee, 60 cleaning), No thank you! I paid for that and I’ll just swallow it. Plus the equipment there is so dated, no place take 20 images of every tooth in the 21 century thank you!

a) If it weren’t for the equipment, you would forget you’re in a dentist office.
b) I would visit this place even when I didn’t need dental care.
c) When you walk in, the air doesn’t smell antimicrobial and antibacterial.
As a child, I lived above a dentist, who happened to also be the landlord, so my dislike of them began early on. I have been to several dentists, a lot of dentists. The atmosphere and or chairside manner of the many ranged from wanna-​be Mercedes dealers to the «let’s make a shopping list of his mouth then plan our cruiseline trip.»
Not so with Dr. Bogus & Janet & Sue and Adrienne (yo’ rocky!)
I deliberately chose Dr. Bogus because of his name. :-) He Is the Real Deal
I came in: they did the standard xray sheet: then began cleaning the neglected teeth and gums. There were a couple of visits for this part, gradually my gums must’ve improved because the next portion of visits were to do the truly necessary care.
«Prevention & Protection for the Patient» ought to be a motto of theirs displayed in the waiting room. They worked on the truly needed areas. The ones that had the highest risk of potentially more serious issues.
Granted, I’ve been known to practically fall asleep in the chair while work is being done. For real, I do. I feel so cared for, [and fussed over] while I am nestled in the chair. Being sedated is just a necessary prelude. The latest example was this past Tuesday. I had 2 crowns and an extraction of a tooth that was one of potential serious health risk. It all went well.
They were quite attentive. I was able to remain calm throughout because I TRUSTED them.

Dr Bogus & Janet are the best ! I been a patient for over 20 yrs & have been very happy .Dr Bogus is a skilled dentist & does impecable work. Highly recommended.

I highly dislike going to visit the dentist however I find Dr Bogus and his staff to be an exception to the rule. I never leave in pain and he gets the job done quick. I highly recommend!
