Yesterday was my first &LAST visit to this dump. The worse sizzling fajita I have ever had. What kind of IDIOT do they have in the kitchen that sends out a SIZZLING fajita on a COLD skillet.

Went there last night with friends. Service was very slow… we sat there at least 10 minutes before anyone came over, and then after ordering drinks, waited another 10 minutes before they came. Really bad and after we paid, they brought us the wrong receipt… Needless to say, we will never return to this location.

Eh, I could take or leave this Chili’s to be honest. It’s a chain, so there’s not much to say about the food that hasn’t been said before. I went for a presidente margarita, and I’m not sure if it’s the time I went or what, but I was not impressed with the service. Our waitress was inattentive and I felt more like a nuisance than a patron. I’ll probably end up back here at some point, but it’s not my first choice of places to go and I will likely avoid Chili’s for a while after this experience. Sad to say, but I feel no desire to return at this point

The food was ok but the service was great. The sirloin has some fat on it and it wasn’t cooked evenly. The part I did eat was good. The ribs my husband had were very good. We were not thrilled with the berry dessert. Thank you Nikka for being a great server. She was attentive and very personable. It’s been a long time since we’ve had a great sever at Chilis.

Very disappointed! Sat at the bar with my husband to order some dinner last night. Very busy bar and restaurant but our bartender seemed on top of things. She offered cocktails and then took our order. My husband ordered a burger and I ordered Cajun chicken pasta. After almost 30 minutes we still had no food. The bartender offered us another cocktail… at this point there was a momentary power outage of a few seconds. Now they could not use the computers! My husband told the server we would like our check, that after now 40 minutes we didn’t want to wait longer for our food. At no point during this process did a manager visit us at our seats! Sadly, the server could not get our check because the computers were down, so it was a solid hour before we were able to leave, with no dinner. I used to work for Brinker, the parent company of Chili’s, as a corporate bar trainer. In those days, they required a 12 minute ticket time to get the food to the table, otherwise a manager had to make a table visit. The manager on duty last night looked our way as he spoke to our server, but never spoke to us. Our server/bartender was obviously mortified and did her best with no back up from management. My last visit to this Chili’s!

The music was so loud that everyone was screaming to in order to have a conversation I don’t know about you, but I go out to dinner with family and friends to spend time talking with them. Impossible to do here. We couldn’t hear the waiter either and had to repeat things in order to place our order.

Wow. Worst bartender in a Chili’s I have had yet. Free chips and salsa at Chili’s at the bar? Not at this Chili’s. Asked for it, she repeated it, then never brought it. No personality. Slow and inattentive. This Chili’s has gone downhill. We have had this bartender before. My guess is she is there because no real bartender wants to work there. Too may other great restaurants with great bars in the area. Goodbye Chili’s of Clermont.

Typical Chili’s. Food is pretty good for the price. Drinks are 2 for 1. Better option than Ruby Tuesdays or TGI Fridays.

If you want horrible service and lowest quality food then i would recommend. Bartenders suck and food is not good. I ordered a chicken bowl and sent it back i think it was chicken from a can.

I always say. «If I can make it better myself I won’t eat there»! That’s why I haven’t been to a chilis in over 15 years. I didn’t enjoy anything. This is a perfect place for a few teenagers to hang out and eat but not the place for the sophisticated pallets.

Food was not great as the last time. The wings weren’t fully cooked and almost slimy. The service was the worst and sooooo slow. The manager walked by twice and each time never got any employees to clean the floor. The menus were sticky and there was food and dirt all over the floor. Our waitress picked up only the fries from floor and that was it. I paid my check and had to actually get up n ask the hostess for boxes to take my food home. Horrible experience and not going back ever. I went around 8pm on a Saturday and there isn’t enough people paying attention to the customers I can def agree to most of the negative feedback given for this restaurant

I know Chili’s always do a high volume of business but the one issue I have with them is that they always seem dirty. The menus are good and usually do not have a problem with the food but when you sit down and have to ask someone to clean the floor around you it does not leave a good first impression. Maybe they need to slow down and take care of the messes that are left before they reseat people.

Had a night out with my kids here, waited about 15 minutes to be seated on a Saturday night not bad at all. The staff was pretty professional and it didn’t take too long for the food to arrive. Here’s where it went wrong. My kids food was fine no issue there, Unfortunately my dinner was less than expected. I had the new Sirloin avocado dinner. I ordered my steak medium rare and was looking forward to it, not even close. Not only was the steak overcooked but, the steak looked and tasted like it was boiled or microwaved I was starving and didn’t want to wait so I just ate it. Not flavorful or enticing at all. I also tried a mango margarita which lacked flavor I’m not sure if i’m going to return, maybe give them a second chance, but I definitely wouldn’t order a steak.

We ordered takeout one night when we didn’t have time to dine in. The ordering process was great and quick. The service was courteous. The food was not what you normally get. Fries were very soggy. The burger we ordered was over cooked and the Lettuce was so oily and wilted. The chicken crispers were fried for way too long. The inside of the chicken was like dehydrated. Nothing good about this takeout food wise.

This particular location is really cool. The kids and I usually get a kick out of the games, while my girlfriend and I usually like the drink specials. The food isn’t bad, either. Really tasty, and always fresh off the grill! The wait staff doesn’t miss a beat!

So far, I’m not pleased and I haven’t even sat down at the table. Me and my guy entered at 5:45PM on a Saturday evening, with only a party of 6 and a party of 2 waiting ahead of us. There were 5 empty booths in the dining room(that were visible) and a bunch of open tables in the bar, but unfortunately there was a pack of wild kids running around unattended in that area to make any of those bar tables remotely appealing– even if either if us had walked to this Chili’s from the beach. We left our name with the zombi-like hostess and were given an estimated time of 10 minutes for our table. At 6:05, we were seated by another extremely friendly hostess,(while zombie-hostess stood dead-eyed staring out the front door) who apologized for our long wait and thanked us for our patience. All the empty booths– minus the now occupied«ours» still remained empty. We sat for only a few minutes and our server arrived to take our drink and food order. She was efficient and quite pleasant. Drinks were on the table in minutes and were well made. During the wait for our food, I was«entertained» by the«balloon clown woman» who walked the floor making balloon hats and animals for the kids and grown-up-kids who just had to partake in the all of the wonderment of twisting a balloon up into a phallic looking thing one than sticks on their head in a public eatery and sits there with a crow-eating grin for the rest of their meal. I completely«get» that Chili’s is one of the furthest places from fine dining, but I really don’t want to hear the symphony of rubber balloon animals squealing together while I eat– and when did Chili’s become a circus? If I wanted clowning around, I’d head to Sarasota and join Ringling Brothers. It may be a better career choice for this balloon gal too. It is now 6:45 and our food has not arrived despite our server taking our order no more than 5 minutes or so after we were seated. At 7:15 our fajita plates were cleared and despite the long wait, we DID order dessert on the«ziosk» since we are craving the molten chocolate cake. This dessert is usually pretty epic if you are a chocoholic and only once was it ever ruined by some caramel fettish freak(drowned in enough caramel to smother Jill Masterson from ‘Goldfinger’). Overall, this location fares well on service once you get past the door zombie, but is SLOOOOW out of the kitchen. Again, I can’t fathom why the high-horse people thought bringing low-brow entertainment(remember the balloon animals?) would be a good idea. It’s distracting, noisy and kids scream and cry when they stab their creations with knives and forks once they have them anyway. When grandma has a heart attack from the *POP* will they finally«get that this isn’t exactly a good way to entertain the kiddies»? Bring back the crayons. And lastly, why did they change so much on the menu? There was nothing wrong with the food before and now everything has some«secret sauce» on it or something. Most of it tastes like balloon animal poo. Chili’s was an inexpensive, casual place that we enjoyed for a quick meal that now has become slow that has too much of a free range, circus feel. With the exception of the above mentioned service– which is this locations ONLYREDEEMING features, we pretty much have lost our taste for Chilli’s everywhere.

This chilis is great! We really have NO good places to eat in the Clermont area and I have been here a couple times and it has been good but I recently went in and sat at the bar and the bartender was more than helpful! I love the two for one drinks but they don’t have fresh lime juice in them and normally don’t make an effort to let you change the drink order and she was awesome! She made it exactly how I wanted it and was very attentive the entire time especially for how busy she was!

Not the absolute worst place I’ve been too, but in no way good. Slow seating(at 2 on a weekday), slow food(for us, and also heard one couple leaving before food came and another being apologized to for the delay), surly service, and poor food. I mean, I don’t expect chili’s to have amazing food… But this was either too hot or too cold, overlooked, and lacking even basic flavor. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they were having kitchen problems and microwaving everything.
