I have been going to this gym for a few months now and I absolutely love it. The instructors are always friendly and inviting and more than happy to help. They seem genuinely interested in each one of their clients. I highly recommend it!

I am going to this gym now for a free week of workouts. Every instructor here has been over the top friendly and helpful. I have been every day for one or two times a day. They have a workout ready for you when you arrive and the instructors/​trainers are always available to help with workouts or questions. They even work out with you sometimes! I am a current member at NTC and I love that gym but I will join this one when my NTC membership runs out. This gym is month to month and less expensive! I highly recommend these guys! Oh, and here’s a free child day care too! I don’t have kids but this is such a great add on to a gym.
