Storage space is well managed. However I do not like their corporate practices. Since about 2 years this business was taken over by a new corporation. They get you in with at a reasonable market price and then after a certain time (6 – 12 months) they start raising the price on you. So the longer you stay with them the more expensive it will be. Right now I am paying well over market rate and it just becomes an issue of how much abuse I will tolerate by them before I go through the hassle of packing up everything and going to the competition. They do not reward customer loyalty (rather, the opposite), it’s the kind of behavior you would expect from drug dealers not a storage company.
