We are planning to paint the entire interior of our home and decided to try Sherwin Williams over the big box stores we usually use in hopes of selecting the right color the first time. The employee Dustin spoke in monotone and acted as if we were an inconvenience as soon as we entered. He repeatedly said «I don’t know» or «call our decorator on Monday». Then he let us know that the decorator is impossible to get ahold of and that he didn’t know how to reach her. Really Sherwin Williams? I wonder why we were only the 2nd customer of the day. Very disappointed! I’m heading to the trusty big box store that they slam in their commercials since they at least have customer service and at the very least try to help.
