Understand one thing: I hate going to the Doctor. I didn’t want to go but I needed a PCP. everything about the experience at Dr. Wilson’s office has been flawless. The staff is the friendliest I’ve ever encountered at a Dr.‘s office. Everything was on time, efficient and handled perfectly. Dr. Wilson is laid back and actually has a sense of humor. He knew more about diet and natural remedies than any other of the Drs. I have been to and he also knew how to politely tell me that a natural remedy isn’t always going to work and it was time to intervene medically. If you’re looking for integrated medicine, this is your place. I’ve been recommending Dr. Wilson to everyone I know.

My husband and I both had an appointment, one at 4:15, one at 4:30pm. We arrived at 4:20pm, yes I know, 5 minutes late. We have a 7 month old baby and my husband was coming from work, no excuse, but one can understand. The two ladies at the front desk immediately started speaking to us like we were children that were late and said we would need to reschedule our appointments. I said, ok, I get we are late for the first one, but we are early for the second one, so can at least my husband be seen so he does not have to take more time off work? She said with a very nasty attitude, let me ask the Dr. After about 10 minutes she came back and said, NO, the DR WILL NOT SEE YOU TODAY! Very snotty about the entire thing. I was so appalled to be treated this way by a DR Office, we told them we were only 5 minutes late, that we arrived at 4:20…she said to me in a very nasty tone that we actually arrived at 4:22pm and would not be seen. By the way, there was only one other person waiting to be seen, not like the place was packed with people. Needless to say, we will find another Dr.
