Another Enemy

This company took my $ 43 ($ 35 for the D.I.Y t-​shirt and another $ 8) for shipping. I ordered the product on the 23^rd of Jan. They email you your «order number» and then never talk to you again. It’s crazy. I saw Rihanna wear the t-​shirt so I assumed this was a legitimate company. Messed up. Called my bank and had them dispute the charge. Scammers. (I did email the link 4 times asking about my order but no answer even though it says they’ll respond within 24 hours). Someone needs to arrest these people.

This company is still scamming people out of online orders to this day. I even had the owner completely lie to me over multiple text message and phone calls and pretend to ship out my order. They even sent me a picture message of a fake tracking number. Luckily my bank took care of me when I filed a claim, but they STILL post on Instagram and Twitter and Facebook to this day and they try to get sales but they never actually ship anyone’s order out. They use different Paypal names to keep changing it up so they can keep scamming people. The owner even has a public Instagram and Facebook that he posts on even while he’s scamming people.

I ordered from Another Enemy and never received my merchandise even though they received payment from me. I made numerous attempts to reach them through email and phone calls. I never got any response back. I have contacted my financial institution and have an ongoing case with the Better Business Bureau. I wish I would have done my research on this company BEFORE I ordered from them. I agree with the previous person, its a shame that they do not care about their business enough to take care of the very people that will keep them in business. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered a shirt waited almost 3 ½ weeks didn’t receive it. I called and left several messages and never received a return call, no one ever answered the number listed on their site. I filed a dispute with PayPal, this company didn’t even respond to that. Before I disputed the transaction with my credit card company, I thought I’d reach out to this company via email. Waited a few days, and still no response. I filed the disputed with my credit card company and was credited back my money. I’m kinda bummed because I really wanted that shirt. Too bad this company doesn’t care about it’s customers.
