Wonderful wonderful! My mom and I stopped in for a mani/pedi– the ladies were so nice, and my feet and hands haven’t felt this good in months! I will absolutely be back.

Had a great pedi and shellac mani by Jes. The interior of this place is really cute and the prices are reasonable for the area. Jes was so friendly and gave me a relaxing and rejuvinating experience. Would definitely recommend.

By far the pest pedicure I received. Such friendly staff. Offers wine/water/coffee. Clean place and once again and amazing pedicure!

Horrible. The manicurist did not soak my nails, tend to my cuticles, or really do anything besides a below average shellac polish change(but I paid for a full shellac manicure).

I have been here twice. The first time with a girlfriend for pedi’s and we were pampered. The pedi’s were great and We had grabbed a bottle of wine from the store next door and the owner(I think) brought out wine glasses for us. The second time was a random walk-in when I was in need of a quick brow wax. I didn’t have an appointment and the staff were unbelievably accommodating. I will be back.

Had a great mani-pedi with a friend. The staff person did a great job, 2 weeks later the shellac and pedi have held up reasonably well — even after a 5 day hiking trip. I did not book the reservation but I think it was relatively easy for my friend. My only complaint is with the building — there was no air conditioning running and we were sweaty by the time we left, not a pleasant experience. Would try again with the same nail tech.

I must say, I’m pretty upset after my experience here. I was really hoping it would work out because I’ve been looking for a good nail salon and it was a bonus that it’s close to the yoga studio I frequent. I purchased a Groupon for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure, knowing I needed the services done for a wedding I’m in 4th of July weekend. Upon coming in for my appointment, I was informed that Groupon made a mistake and what I purchased was a regular mani pedi, not including shellac, that I should have received an email from Groupon telling me so(which I did not!) and that I would have to pay an extra $ 15 if I wanted shellac — first red flag! I let them know that I needed white tips because of the wedding I was in and I knew it would be an extra charge, but their extra charge if I wanted to get shellac was $ 30 — second red flag! I seriously debated canceling the appointment and calling Groupon to get a refund but knew I would not have time to get a mani pedi before the wedding, so I took a chance and went for the shellac. The pedicure was okay, nothing special but my manicure is another story. Not only are my nails NOT evenly squared as I requested, the filing is uneven as are the white tips. It just does not look good! And it makes total sense why it doesn’t — the lady who did my manicure told me during the process of her doing my nails that she just learned how to do French manicures about a month ago — third and final red flag! I didn’t want to be rude and cause a scene upon having the mani pedi completed but this was not at all worth the $ 40+ additional dollars that I spent plus tip! Now I have to find a place to fix this mess before the wedding I am in this weekend. If you’re considering going here, please save yourself the money and the headache.

The first time I went to the Salon I had a groupon for a Shellac manicure and pedicure. I was supposed to be getting a shellac manicure however the lady put some oil on my fingers that the shellac would not stick to. I told her that is what I bought the groupon for and she basically said there is nothing I can do and just polished my nails. Not only were they sloppy but came off in 2 days. I decided to give the salon another chance because it is near my house and my mom was coming to visit. I called to make an appointment for us and the lady on the phone was so rude to me! She was short and sounded pissed off that I wanted to get a pedi at the same time as my mom. She said they had no appointments for the next month and they were closing soon so I should call back and leave a message… most likely because they have what seems like 2 people on staff that run around and try to do everything(aka rushing through customers).

I really think this was the best pedi I ever received. Overall it was a wonderful and relaxing experience! Pros: –Cute location. Interior is cute. The doors were open so we had a nice fresh air breeze. And I’m going down the street to Lucky’s for lunch! –Great music. All my favorites and it’s not always the same artist. Also it’s not super poppy music. –Amazing service. The lady who did my nails was super nice. Massaged my feet. Did a salt and oil scrub. Mmm. It’s a good day. –I got this as a groupon… But I will definitely be back. — They have a leg lamp. How can you not like a place with a leg lamp! Cons: — Harder to make appointments. There are only two people, so I had to leave a message, BUT I got a call back in a very timely manner. — They do not have a ton of shellac colors. I got a cute shimmery pink, but I was hoping for a brighter color — Manicure was okay. It was shellac so it took about 20 minutes. I was just disappointed that I didn’t get a finger soak or hand massage. She just shaped my nails then painted them.

I arrived for an appointment on a Thursday morning only to find that no nail technician was on the premises; I was told that I had made a mistake and that my appointment was the next day — no apology was offered only a snide remark that it was my mistake. I am certain that my appointment was on Thursday because I left town the next day; Of course, there is always the chance of a misunderstanding and I would have been happy to reschedule. What was bothersome was the rude and defensive attitude of the receptionist. I called Living Social and they were very helpful in refunding my deal to Addictions.

I should have known by how short and rude they were on the phone that this wasn’t going to be the place for me. When I arrived I was barely greeted and I got the feeling I was bothering them by being there. My stylist did not introduce herself to me the entire time(I was there for 2 hours for a cut and color), did not offer a beverage, ask if she could set my purse somewhere so it sat awkwardly next to me in the chair for the entire appointment, etc. During my consult I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was absolutely rude and condescending. She told me we weren’t on the same page with what we thought were highlights and different coloring techniques… I didn’t think the customer had to know all the lingo when dealing with a «professional stylist»… who turned out to be a the owner. She did not attempt to make conversation or make me feel comfortable or welcomed the whole time. Icing on the cake is that my hair did not turn out a thing like what I showed her and the color is awful. I have to admit the cut is good, but not good enough to redeem this bad experience.

Been back a few times so I wanted to edit my review. The phenomenal massage/facial I received was from a girl who is no longer employed there. Had my nails done two days ago and they already look horrible. Need redone. They were also not shaped well. Got an eyebrow wax I’m not crazy about. They also kept badgering me about if I had a groupon. I did not, so when it came time to pay they seemed to just make up a price. It was pretty high too! Overall I would say I like the atmosphere but I’m not coming back. Too bad because I like to support local businesses.

Absolutely the best color you can get in Cleveland. I’m a brunette by birth but thanks to Jen, I’m totally rocking the blonde. She really gets to know you and tries to remember exactly what you like so that not only is your hair perfect but so is your experience. Overall, while it’s a little more expensive, I couldn’t give Addictions anything but 5 stars. I have curly, frizzy, gross hair that I’ve been trying to get perfect for years but not until leaving my first visit with Jen was it exactly what I went in wanting and describing… except BETTER. I’ll totally be back for Jen’s help with my mess of hair. She’s a miracle worker and color genius and it just took a move to Cleveland to find her!

If you’re checking out reviews before buying a living social or groupon, be warned that it’s impossible to make an appointment. No one answers the phone. Ever. And they rarely return phone messages. I know two people whose vouchers expired because they just couldn’t get an appointment. I like to support local business, but that’s just poor customer service.

definitely had a better experience in other salons. I have bought this deal on Living Social and took my mother-in-law for massage while getting pedicure-manicure myself. She loved her massage thank god, while my nail experience was less than mediocre: outdated equipment, like pedicure chairs, shabby furniture, half of my nail polish came off the very next day. The hostess/secretary, who helped us with our check-in was not very friendly t the point it seemed that she was bothered by our presence there. At least, I didn’t pay the full price for services and my mother in law enjoyed her massage, otherwise, I would have complained on the spot. Definitely, not coming back there, there are much better salons out there.
