I bring my entire family here and have always been pleased with their care. The office staff is friendly and wonderful with children. Wait times are typically less than 30 minutes but I am usually seen with in 15 minutes.
Most importantly of all the practitioners seem to really care about resolving the medical issue and helping you feel better. I have not had any reason to complain and we have been there at least 10 times.

I am visiting Tennessee from California for Christmas. Had to make a visit to Urgent Care. I found the doctor and the medical staff to be very knowledgeable and accommodating. I was taken care of in the most professional manner. Loved the TVs in each patient room. Labs were done on site and results were immediate. Prescription taken care of electronically. Referral to local surgeon and appointment made for the same day. Couldn’t have been happier. Excellent service.

Had an earache that was killing me and was headed out of town the next day. Everyone here was extremely helpful and friendly even though it was late and they were able to evaluate and treat my problem quickly and effectively allowing me to get on my way.
