Buyer beware. Very disorganized shipping department will misquote rates and ability to ship. I waited over two months and paid over $ 400 to ship an item I was told could be delivered UPS, that I only paid around $ 300 for.
I have purchased in the thousands from them and the owner would not back up the mistakes made by himself and his staff. Abysmal customer service and an arrogant owner.

If you want to consign items, Aspire will come to your house (if you are local) free of charge, and I believe that no other auction house in Cleveland offers this service. Items are carefully researched and photographed beautifully! Aspire has a large and loyal customer base worldwide, so that your consigned items will reach a broad and sophisticated audience. I have mostly dealt with Cynthia and Viktoria and they were always very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to work with. On the buying side, Aspire has a wide variety of interesting items for auction from luxury handbags to Persian carpets, to fine antiques, and mid century furniture. Aspire is a class act all around!

They sold me a fake Picasso drawing, It took me longer than the 30 days to get it authenticated by Pablo Picasso’s son Claude. So they would not give me my money back. They are supposedly professionals, Any other legitimate auction house who were truly worried about their reputation would have taken the return. Stay away!
