A horrible At&t experience. If you need something done by an actual informative and knowledgeable employee, you need to go to Gainesville. This is not a corporate store so do not expect them to actually be able to do anything except charge you. They charge for sim cards and have difficulty understanding what the importance of a gigabyte is. I have been an Att wireless customer for over 10 years and this store makes me question if I should still be one.
