So last Friday night my Blackberry thought it could fly. Boy, was my Blackberry wrong, and I found myself needing a new phone. Fortunately, my 2 year agreement was up. I haven’t had a better experience getting a new phone. I was in and out of there with the exact phone I wanted(iPhone 4s) in less than an hour. And I love my phone and I didn’t have to wait at all for the next available customer service person. My contacts were transferred, the service was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I asked Siri if she thinks she can fly. She replied«I think differently». Well played, Apple.
