Bailey’s Barbeque

The smell of their BBQ fills the air when you walk in the door. I love that smell. Really good chopped beef sandwich! The price is reasonable. The restaurant is clean and the staff friendly enough.

Was looking forward to some great Q on an Easter weekend. Bailey’s has had some great reviews on social media. Went in on Saturday around 5pm, to my surprise the place was empty of customers. I ordered the 2 meat plate with ribs and brisket, with sides of cole slaw and spicy pinto besns. The beans tasted like canned ranch style beans that had been tweaked. The brisket was stringy and dried out. Ribs had no bark at all and we’re kind of pale gray. After a few bites I returned to the counter with my plate and requested my money back. They could see that the food was not of quality and served it any way. I am very disappointed in the fact that the food was unacceptable, as the town of Cleveland needs a good BBQ restaurant desperately. Sorry Bailey’s I will not be back.
Gave you 1 star because the iced tea was good. I did offer to pay for the tea and cole slaw of which they gladly accepted and refunded the balance of the dinner minus tea and cole slaw.

Solid BBQ option after visiting double Lake national forest. Got the double meat plate with ribs and brisket. Highly recommend the ribs, fall of the bone delicious. Sides were beans and potato salad. And to top it off the coconut crème pie, which was amazing.

Very good food, great customer service and good prices. I got the rib plate sandwich bone out and it was amazing! The only downside was that they do not except American Express luckily I had another credit card.

We stopped here based on a high Unilocal rating on our way home from a trip and could not have been more surprised/​excited about finding this place. Bailey’s Barbeque was wonderful from start to finish. The service, the family environment, and AMAZING barbecue. Bailey walked around and talked to the guests and was very friendly. The ribs were incredible and the turkey was hands down the best I’ve ever had. I’m not a huge fan of sausage, but their spicy sausage was delicious and I’d order it again in a heartbeat. Also, I love barbecue sauce, but the food was so good here that I didn’t use a drop. My boyfriend and I will definitely make the hour drive to Cleveland just to come back to Bailey’s Barbeque.

Bar-​b-​que was moist and tender. Sausage looked awesome will get it next time. Stuffed spud was perfect and the mac-​n-​chees was great. Staff was very friendly and quick.

The food was delicious. And know this, it has a wonderful smoke flavor to it! The turkey was great in the giant baked potato I ordered.

WOW! From the moment you step foot in the door to last bite of BBQ, you will not stop loving it. The owner is hands on apart of the entire process. He service is top notch with well trained and polite employees. The food is the best BBQ I have ever had aside from being at a cook-​off. lol the food including sides and sauce are made in house and fresh daily. Go in and ask for Bailey, and you will keep coming back forever.
