I like most of what Michael Symon does, including his formal restaurants and burger places. This is an upscale sandwich shop and bar. It is located on the club level of Quicken Loans Arena. You can have tickets to any seat and access the restaurant. Just take the Huntington Bank elevator from the ground level to the 4th floor. There are generally four sandwiches available, including a grilled chicken, philly steak and polish boy. There are a house and caesar salad as well. For sides there are the standard Lola fries seasoned with rosemary and french fried onion rings with barbecue dipping sauce. All items are pricey, just under $ 10, but given the fact you are a captive audience at a sports arena, not so bad. The polish boy was great, very tasty and classic with the cole slaw and hot sauce. Chicken sandwich was great. The Lola fries are not to be missed, and the onion rings are better than most. The bar has a full selection of beers and wines(served in a special non spill glass). Many customers take their food to their club seats or loges, but I also suggest that you arrive as early as possible — the Q opens about 90 minutes before event time — or you may not have access to the limited seating. If you want an upscale sandwich at the Q before(or during) a game, this is a great place to stop.
