Beauty Nails

Nails looked good for about two days by the end of the sixth day three of the nails gel had chipped off! I went in the next day and explain that it had been one week with the gel and the nails already look this bad (what shallac do you know that chips within the first few days) so I was curious what you would chrage me for a polish change… they still wanted 20 dollars! Seriously?!! you just lost a customer

Best experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done! It was the day before my birthday and I went with my sister– we were able to book a same day appointment together. We relaxed in massage chairs and watched tv while they did our pedicures. I had a very nice man doing my nails and she had a cool spunky young lady. They were so much fun! We were watching a weird TV show and they laughed and joked with us about what was happening on the show. Then the man (wish I could remember his name) did my manicure and did a phenomenal job on that too! It was a French manicure done with shellac. It turned out beautifully! I felt so pampered after my visit here! Oh and fun fact– 2 days later I was proposed to (on the beach in Carmel, CA!) so it was a good thing I was prepared for the photos with an amazing manicure to properly show off my new ring!

This place is horrible. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Gotmy nails done on a Saturday. Acrylic with gel polish… By Sunday afternoon 4 nails chipped… No biggie right it happens sometimes. I go in to get them fixed and she rolls her eyes at me. She says nothing. Asked her if we could just repolish expecting the same to happen to the others. I would have paid but she said no and grabbed my hand. She repolished 3 and I asked her to do the 4^th and she said no??? She said it’s fine. I asked again and she said «why don’t you go back to where you go before, you too picky» she said she wouldn’t fix it and asked me why I came there??? I simply said if I’m spending 50 $ on my nails I expect them to last longer than 2 daya. She rolled her eyes and got up!!! Spend your money elsewhere!!! The ways she spoke to me and looked at me was so judgmental and rude. She should lose her job.

Fast service, friendly staff. They really took their time with my pedicure! The massage chairs we incredibly comfortable and I loved how they scrubbed and massaged my feet AND legs. My one and only downside is that I had to speak up a few times about water/​massage towel being too hot. Maybe I’m sensitive. Overall, a great experience. I will be back!
