I had the privilege of speaking with Alexa at the Ohio branch this morning. I just wanted to let you know that I was 50⁄50 on this service as I have never utilized anything like this nor do I know anyone that has.
The ONLY reason I decided to place a reservation after speaking with Alexa was because she was so pleasant to work with. She was informative, knowledgeable, and very, very patient. She answered all my questions and also provided me with unrequested, useful information which made me feel very comfortable with the services provided. They are quick to respond to email inquiries as well as picking up the phone (I am not as patient as Alexa and high hold times over the phone kill me).
They were one of the easiest companies I have worked with in such a long time. The fees paid are well worth the services! I am definitely considering becoming a member this year as the ease of working with this company and the benefits really speak for themselves.
