Bob and his team are absolutely amazing. We live nearby and appreciate the fact that they are so close. But besides convenience, they are hands down the most helpful, dedicated automotive service business I’ve ever dealt with. Bob troubleshoots like a boss, takes the time to throughly investigate your problem and knows a boatload about cars of all makes and models. Not only that, he goes above and beyond if you have a safety issue or in my most recent case, resolved an issue pertaining to my e-check. Can you believe he stopped on a road test to get my e-check for me? Who does that kind of thing anything anymore? Go to Bob’s Auto for you car needs if you want to work with fair and trustworthy folks!

I miss Bob and Lori! Bob repaired my cars from 1995 (before he even had a shop) until I left Cleveland. Actually, I drove my car up from DC after I moved to get it repaired. I trust Bob and every suggestion he makes. If you want to get a buyers inspection on a car you are considering buying, Bob can also recommend buying or not buying the vehicle after he looks it over. There is not a better, more trustworthy mechanic in Cleveland. You would also find his work to be much more economical than other shops. Don’t let the lack of Unilocal reviews deter you, Bob serves the community and his business is word of mouth (literally).
