Sorry, couldn’t find the Berea restaurant page to put this review! Boca Loca is awesome! Thanks for moving in closer to me and feel free to just take my paycheck! The Big Wet One is a must and all of the employees are great!

This place blows chipotle out of the water. I got the big wet one with pork and added bacon it was amazing. Highly recommend this place as the best local burrito joint over Ohio city burrito, barrio, cozumels, etc.

Best burritos in Cleveland and the coolest ladies workin’ the truck. I’ve had the chic-in-sanity and the cubano. Both were amazing!

I hit this place up at the Fairview Park Food Truck Festival(if you’re following my reviews you’ll know I’ve got a resistance problem because this was my third food truck stop that day). First thing I encountered was a personable staff member who commented on my name and my pink flamingo shorts. Thanks, I like them both as well! I decided to go with The Big Wet One which will cost you $ 9. It comes with chicken(no choice of meat on this visit), black beans, rice, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, and sriracha sour cream. Then it’s supposed to be deep fried, but I guess they weren’t doing that on this visit. On top you get melted white queso and salsa(I went with a mild green salsa). My toppings came in containers since I got my burrito to go. My findings: this is a big burrito, I even split mine in two, but I was up for the challenge! The taste was okay/good, however a little on the plain(safe?) side. Instead of dumping the queso and salsa on top of the burrito I think it was best put to use inside the burrito to help add some needed sauce/moistness to it(wet this burrito was not). I actually wish there had been more of both or more sriracha sour cream inside. I did not see any shredded cheese inside the burrito nor did I taste any cilantro-lime on the rice nor garlic-jalapeño flavors on the grilled chicken. Speaking of chicken, it was tender, but could have been trimmed better as a couple of times I had to spit out cartilage. I was really looking forward to Boca Loca, but I found my experience did not match up with the hype. Maybe they scale things down for big festivals so they can better serve the masses? Or maybe at my old age my taste buds have mostly died off? Don’t get me wrong the burrito was okay/good, but I thought it was a little too simple and lacking in flavor. I’d probably try another item off the menu, but I’ll definitely lower my expectations next time.

Delicious, affordable and they accept 2015 payment of a credit card. May I recommend. The Cubano?

Last Monday, Boca Loca was at Legacy Village in Lyndhurst, OH for Food Truck Monday. I took a group of co-workers with me to test them out. I ordered the Plain B, which was a large chicken burrito with black beans and rice. It was very tasty. The rice had a good flavor and constituted about 85% of the burrito. The chicken was very tender, most, and delicious. I found myself longing for some lettuce and hot sauce, but the burrito was still good. If Boca Loca is at Food Truck Monday next time, I will try another burrito. I love burritos! Recommend!

I’ve been to this food truck a couple of times… I always order the Big Wet One with salsa and queso. Would have given them 5 stars but today I ordered a Big Wet One at the Chomp and it wasn’t deep fried WTH!!! I’m not sure if they don’t deep fry them anymore or if the fryer was down but they could have let me know when I ordered. The burrito was still good, just not what I was expecting.

DELISH! So, despite the downpour, I walked over to Walnut wednesday to get my dose of fired up tacos, but a) the line was super long and b) I noticed Boca Loca’s truck and decided to give their burritos a try! I got the«Supermodel» burrito which was the veg friendly one — zucchini, black beans, rice, peppers, squash, cheese — yum and decently healthy sounding right? Well then I asked if I could get it deep friend and smothered in queso like some of their other burritos and they were super accommodating and didn’t charge me extra for it!(9 dollars for a huge burrito) I kind of wish they had closed containers for days like today where a) no one was standing around outside to eat their food right away b/c b) it was pouring like crazy… luckily I had a plastic bag in my purse but it was still a pain to walk home with an open container. The burrito(chimichanga since it was fried?) was DELISH! lots of flavor to it and the queso on top just added to the flavor. I loved their veggie mixture and whatever seasoning they used… YUM! I can’t wait to try them again!!!
