Clean City Coin Laundry

17 out of 36 washing machines were out of order — All working machines were in use. Had to wait, which is fine, but the guy working let us all use the weirdo card machines (we’ll talk about these in just a second) without giving us warning about how many machines weren’t working and how many were in use.
Back to the weirdo cards:
You have to buy a card from the machine, re-​insert the card, then put money ON the card, THEN use the card for credit in the washing machines, THEN sell them the card back before you leave…
I guess a quarter machine was too complicated.
This place gets 2 stars. One because it was open during its advertised business hours, and another because we DID eventually get our laundry done.
I’m not happy I have to give it those even. We are a traveling band with little time to spare between playing shows, driving overnights to shows and trying to do human things like sleep and take a shower every once in a while. I don’t have time for this type of nonsense.

Recently moved, so I no longer have a dryer. It’s not often that I use laundry service. This place is kept clean. But the front desk looks a little junky at times. But who cares! There is seating in back, along with a spot for children to play.
You don’t have to use loose coins to operate machinery. There is a card, that is free to have, that you load money onto to utilize the service. However, you can only load bills and not coins on the card. If you don’t use all the money on the card, it does not expire, so keep it for your next visit.
I have not used the washers. The dryers are big so you can fit a lot. It is $.40 for 30 minutes with two or three loads! Great!
The woman who works there is the friendliest person you will meet! She is very helpful, very outgoing, and nice to talk to while your waiting for you clothes to wash!
Aside from a little chit chat, there are magazines lying around to read while you wait, and I think there is a little tv at the front desk (I think it’s for the owners personal use though).

Great place very friendly staff. Not the greatest area as some shady characters are walking around and sometimes in here to ask to use the restroom.

Such a friendly and nice man working at this place. it was a quick visit but it was nice. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to do laundry!

The place is clean, operates on a cash to card system so you don’t need quarters, and the staff is insanely friendly. As someone who has never done the laundromat thing before, the guy working here took ten minutes to walk me through everything and gave me lots of great tips to help my clothes look extra good.
