This place is pretty nice now that it was bought by a private company. The renovations are underway and I can’t wait to see the final product. From the floor plans its going to be very upscale. The security people that work there are very friendly and helpful. They come off as more concierge due to their knowledge on local places. The parking lot could use some work though. Access is open to everyone since the gates don’t work properly. I would feel better if parking was limited to people who actually live here or are visiting a friend.
